First, I have to say that all the precautions for covid-19 are taken. That said, do not think this is a high risk or dirty hotel. However, when the maid came to my room, she replaced my soaps and shampoo sloppily. She removed the garbage in cans but did not remove the garbage on the desk counter. A candy bar wrapper was left on the coffee table. How can you miss that? And today, on my day of departure with a DO NOT DISTURB sign on my door, she knocks and wants to know if I am leaving today. It did not say DO DISTURB. On the positive side, the room was big and comfortable. Melissa at the front desk was amazing. They have a man made fish pond in the lobby, and if you are lucky, you can feed the fish. The kitchen is still closed because of covid-19 but there is a brownbag breakfast on offer (free) instead. I would have given a higher rating but the maid service forced it down.

The good: the shuttle service is good and the rooms are fine. Nice and clean with lots of room.

Now....the purpose of staying here was to get some rest before an early flight - we got no rest. It was so noisy inside the hotel and outside.

We booked a parking package. When we got there, we were told that there wasn't enough parking and we'd have to park in a private lot nearby and pay cash ONLY.

Worse still.. when we came back to get our car - yes, we knew we'd have to clear snow off the car but the snow plow service for the parking lot had piled tonnes of snow in front of our vehicle.

We stayed at this hotel for a night before our flight. The front desk customer service was great. They gave us a to go breakfast since we were departing early the next morning before their breakfast starts.

The room is nothing special but it was clean and had everything you need.

We left our car there for a week while we were on vacation and it was fine. The parking is outdoors.

We scheduled the free shuttle to the airport for 6 am and left right on time. The only annoying part is that when we called the shuttle to come and get us at the airport after our vacation, they took over 45 minutes to arrive. The hotel is a 6 minute drive from the hotel. We were tired and just wanted to get home and there were approximately 20 people waiting for the shuttle to pick us up.

Overall, it met our expectations and it was an ok hotel for the price we paid. It got us to and from the airport and supplied us with breakfast.

Many of the hotels in proximity to the airport are being used for migrants entering the country.We were surprised that the hotel was booked thoughout October as we discovered the migrants occupied two and half out of three floors.It did not detract us as until the manager explained to us the situation as well as some heartbreaking stories we were not aware as their behaviour was exemplary in spite of their circumstances.
We took a dayroom with day use website and were very satisfied with amenities and facilities and comfort of mattress and quality of bed linen at a reasonable day rate
In addition there was a free half hourly shuttle from the airport

We ended up here as a result of airline travel issues. The airline, which has our country’s name attached to it placed us here for the night. We would never have chosen this place. It was late so we really had no choice.
The staff were very helpful and accommodating even when the ship hit the sand. First thing on the bottom floor was the stains on the carpet and the musty odor. In the room, more stains on the carpet and tired decor. Then we saw the bathroom. The ceiling tile were stained presumably from the bathroom above us. The toilet was dirty with paper and other substance. It was plugged. We called for room cleaning. They offered to change our room which we accepted. The room next door had a cleaner ceiling and toilet but there were many issues. I cannot understand why people take so little pride in what they offer to the public. What we saw was years of neglect and not some one time mistake. Had we seen this in the afternoon and not at midnight, we would have insisted the airline fix it. They are still going to hear about it. The owners and staff must answer for this shamble of a place and the condition of the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel which consists of 4 floor has been fully renovated with the exception of the 1st floor that is scheduled for renovation as of the 1st of March. I missed a connecting flight on the Grand Prix weekend in Montreal. This hotel was about 200 dollars cheaper than anything else available (but still over 400 dollars). It’s very near the airport and the staff were polite and helpful.
However neither the air con or heating worked. Only half the lights in the room worked. The bathroom door didn’t close. The whole place was tired and, apart from the bed, was not very clean. There was a door onto a balcony and it had gaps around it so you could hear all the aircraft landing and the freeway trucks all night.
I would stay here again if I had no alternative but not by choice.

First off, I arrived in a wheelchair and the ramp going up to the hotel was sooo narrow that my wheelchair could barely get up through the ramp!! I was given a room that was NOT wheelchair accessible making it extremely difficult to move throughout the room. When i pulled the sheets back on the Queen size bed, I was immediately disgusted as there were so many long black hairs on the sheet I was totally grossed out. Clearly the sheets had NOT been changed since the last guest. I then checked the double bed and that seemed to be clean so slept there. But the whole experience was so disgusting because of the above mentioned issues I would never stay here again. Big disappointment.

Booked as a day room as we had a long layover in Montreal.
Trying to check in was horrendous. We were 15 mins early and the host would not let us sit in lobby to wait to check in and started yelling at us. When we finally did check in it was a room with a queen when we had booked double beds so the other person in the party had to sleep on the floor.
Room was dirty and the front desk clerk was horrendous. I would not stay here again. I’d rather sleep on an airport floor than come here to be treated that bad with such a filthy room.

Clearly they are undergoing renovations, we stayed in a newly renovated room that was not quite finished but it will look nice once it's done. The bed was clean and comfortable and the shower was nice and spacious. Since this is close to the airport and flights can be early, I would suggest that they offer a "breakfast bag" to those clients who leave too early and miss the breakfast included. A muffin, yogurt and juice would be a nice gesture when you need to be at the airport for 4am :-)

Our flight with Air Canada was canceled for the 2nd time and they gave us a voucher for this hotel. The lobby had a strong putrid cigarette smell. The check in desk was dirty with dried on food and other unknown crust. The gentleman at the desk was nice and quick. We walked into the room to find a very dirty stained up carpeting and the previous person's items in the bathroom behind the door. We were exhausted and at the end of our rope or I would have left to find a different hotel. I went to use the room phone to call the desk and found it was disgustingly dirty. The TV channel's did not include CNN, Fox, CBS, NBC, ABC or any local news channel. Then our TV stopped working. The employee at the desk said he needed to wait for the maintenance worker to return from driving the shuttle. He never came down so I asked again at 5am and they did come to fix it. The hotel has a breakfast but I would not eat there. When I went to close my suitcase to leave two cockroaches ran on the wall. There was also a dead one in the bathroom. When leaving we saw many other people from the canceled flight and they also wanted to leave the hotel as their rooms had cockroaches also. The entire room was not clean. It's old and I don't know if it can be considered clean like that. There is a buildup of disgusting liquids and foods everywhere. It seems like they are so busy they are just trying to survive instead of having pride on how the hotel presents itself.

I can not give you a quote, but I know that this summer with one night you could have 14 days of parking. just phone them. maybe with a two night stay you could get a 22 days of parking.

I stayed here in September 2014 and our room was of a very high standard. I cannot assume all are the same, but it might be worth calling to double check? I can thoroughly recommend it.
