Wonderful trip throughout our stay. We are from New York, and we felt welcomed from the staff. Frederick was especially helpful and accommodating. We had a blast and can't wait to come back! The room was beautiful and clean. The location is perfect to explore the city.

very hospitable, excellent breakfast, clean, well located, very reasonably priced..... definitely 'punching above their weight'. some late night street noise, but short-lived and typical of entire Plateau and blocks away from any continual 'late night action'. easy to strongly recommend! chris.

Manior Sherbrooke is a beautiful place to stay. The front desk was so helpful with our dinner reservations and telling us about the local area, and the room was nicely decorated and very clean. The entire inn is lovely and well-maintained. We loved our stay here and look forward to returning someday!

We loved this quaint hotel. Small in size but big in charm and service. Special thanks to Frederick who is polite and professional and very helpful! The location was great, we were able to walk almost everywhere. The breakfast was terrific (continental) and the room to have breakfast in was beautiful!

Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, comfortable bed and room decor, beautifully constructed and designed, automatic wine dispenser, 24-hour reception, excellent location between downtown (historic buildings, museums, offices, attractions) and uptown (boutique shops, independent bars and restaurants, residential neighborhoods, parks)... these are a few of the pleasant reasons why we plan on returning to Armor Manoir Sherbrooke when we return to Montreal....

This beautiful little boutique hotel is a great example of everything my husband and I look for in a boutique hotel. It was well priced, well located, comfortable and had all the charm of a French-Canadian B&B. The staff was warm and helpful, even wandering around during (the free) breakfast saying hello, making small talk and making sure to provide...

Staying in Le Plateau Mont-Royal

Neighbourhood Profile
Le Plateau Mont-Royal
Go native in Plateau Mont-Royal, where bespoke shopping, hip eateries, and wacky paint jobs attract locals and transplants alike, making it one of the city's most diverse and distinctly authentic experiences. A creative hub, Montreal's artistic elite pack the cafes along Rue Saint-Denis, where young painters and fashion designers draw inspiration from the playful murals and stately Victorian homes that dot the Plateau's side streets. Not a major sightseeing destination, a visit to Plateau Mont-Royal allows you to enjoy a local perspective, soaking in indie films, latte art, contemporary galleries, and the city's best bagels. A center of polyglot culture, Québécois accents mingle with shades of Portuguese, Greek, and Hebrew in the area's iconic Mile End district, where restaurants straddle chic designer boutiques, serving up chorizo and caldo verde. Friendliest to those on foot, it's a jungle of colourful awnings and sidewalk umbrellas, pedestrian walks and luxury shopping.
