Hard to see how this can be called an “airport hotel” nor a “Conference Center”. We waited for 40 minutes for a shuttle at the airport and when none came had to take a taxi. We were warned at the airport that the hotel was “far away” but we had already paid for the night. The room was clean but very dated and with minimal amenities: 4 single use plastic glasses, two small bits of soap, two tiny shampoos and hand lotion, one small bath towel and another face towel per person. The fragile lamp by the bed turned on by jostling the switch, no need to turn it. The plug in the bathroom drain was also broken. Only two small decaffeinated coffee pods in the room. The breakfast counter was not set up when we left but looked a bit limited judging by the size of the counter. Courteous staff. Beds were good, nice hard mattress. Hard to see how this can be called a “three star” hotel.…
My room’s door did nit work so every time I wanted to get in my room the guy had to come and open it with a master key. I did nit feel safe at all !! I have a video of the receptionist laughing at me and also telling me :” you have to wait until I have time to open the door for me”
Comfortable and not expensive hotel, lots of parking spaces. There is a restaurant near the lobby with tasty food and wine. Uber in Montreal is very affordable, and more convenient than driving: can get anywhere for $15-50, I used it several times and enjoyed.
Rooms are not clean and smelly. also there is no water to drink other than they force you to buy water from vending machines they put in front of the room. Felt like a scam to me. I wouldn't recommend
Worse experience ever. Bed and pillows uncomfortable. Mattress protector had plastic backing which made us hot sweaty. No safe in the room so we couldn’t lock our passports away. No face washers and only 2 paper cups for coffee. Staff very unfriendly and not welcoming. We were told breakfast was available but next morning restaurant was closed due to labour day holiday but reception didn’t tell us that. There was a shuttle but no one bothered to tell us where it went. No information in the room. Worst place we’ve ever stayed in.
Not the most welcoming place. If all you need is a place to sleep, there's cheaper options in the Montreal area. The only upside to it was location if you're accessing Laval and area. Really doesn't offer anything other than that.
They didn't accept to change my date or refund my stay. I lost a lot of money. With this kind of moment any comprehension from the staff. I didn't recommend this place if you want a good and comprehensive service.
Worthy for 1 night. Not recommend for stay more than 2 night. The hotel has a ridiculous policy where they will only do the room make up on the 4th night. Meaning if you going to stay 4 days/3 night but no room cleaning. The ventilator is very old and noisy too 🤣
The room was clean but cramped. $200 deposit had to be paid, which was refunded in the morning after an inspection. Grab and go breakfast, which was fairly comprehensive but there was no choice. The fridge was inside the clothes cupboard. I got into an argument with our neighbours at 2pm over noise; they had woken us up. Upon telling the front desk in the morning, I was told they could have looked after it if I had told them about it at the time; this is a good point to remember as the office is staffed 24/7.
This is a basic hotel good for an overnight stay to or from the airport. The hotel was easy to find and had ample parking. The star of our stay though was, Yvena at the front desk. She was very polite and helpful and made sure we had an enjoyable stay!
