Detailed Reviews
I booked this hotel as my mandatory hotel stop over (quarantine). I stayed at a Days Inn before so I didn't have high expectations.
Upon arrival, the staff was very friendly. They did take off the money I paid for my taxi off my bill which is a good compensation.
Once I got into my room I turned on the AC and the front fell of immediately. I called front desk and somebody came later with my dinner and fixed the AC. 2 days later the front fell off again and I didn't bother to call the front desk.
The food is lacklustre and boring. Always chicken with rice/mashed potatoes. The food comes to your door frozen. We do have a microwave in the room to de-forst the food. Breakfast comes in a box with multiple things: a juice, a bread item, a bar, apple sauce and a yoghurt. The box also contains your lunch and a bottle of water. Much of the food I actually don't eat and had to order in twice. They do give a snack box with sodas, bars, chocolate and some chips.
The floor is not properly vacuumed and there is a hole in my curtains.
Also, the coffee maker hasn't been cleaned in a while. Which was pretty disgusting.
These rooms go regularly for about 100$ and we pay 1,5 times more for the quarantine rate. It is one of the cheaper hotels that are approved by the government but still it is not worth the money I paid for it. The rooms are not totally clean (we are living in covid-times btw) and the food is not that great either. I didn't expect luxury from this hotel, but I did expect the rooms to be cleaned properly.

First it was clean, modern, and friendly. We had to pick a hotel for Covid Quarantine. We booked 2 adults and a 14 year old. When we checked in, they told us they would only provide food for adults! If we wanted our son to have food we needed to book him as an adult or pay $100 per day for his meals/snacks. I went back over the hotel site and booking and it does not say that anywhere. We felt scammed. The snack box is nice but the “meal” is very disappointing! Frozen chicken and rice for us to cook in our microwave. We are not impressed at all for how expensive this is. Would have stayed closer to the airport with better food.

The room was clean but cramped. $200 deposit had to be paid, which was refunded in the morning after an inspection. Grab and go breakfast, which was fairly comprehensive but there was no choice. The fridge was inside the clothes cupboard. I got into an argument with our neighbours at 2pm over noise; they had woken us up. Upon telling the front desk in the morning, I was told they could have looked after it if I had told them about it at the time; this is a good point to remember as the office is staffed 24/7.

The room 225 that we have been staying during quarantine period have insects as ants hunting for sugar contained empty beverage cans. We started taking off room single garbage bin that was used for meal waste and packaging into corridor, but nobody was taking care to clean it. The room has obvious ceiling repair patch probably from a leak above, so you can feel some mold smell with window completely sealed, so we kept wall side, facing to outside air condition running all time. The food quality is very poor even we are not picky for meal, but every day the same frozen chicken strips with the same sides, with unknown date of production and probably the cheapest, that can be found around, so we would like to wish have it daily for the company management and government representative who approved this facility. For nonrefundable 1250 CAD you will get the poorest and overpriced stay for 3 nights.

So much inclarity about Mandatory Hotel Quarantine. While one of the requirements was to book a 3 night hotel stay in advance, after giving the COVID test upon arrival at the airport, Canadian Public Health authorities advised us to 'check out' and proceed to final destination upon receipt of a negative test result. Upon checking in at the hotel, I informed them that Id like to check out the next day, upon receiving my test result, if negative. This would have been a good 24 hour notice but they rudely refused to refund the extra 2 nights, asserting that the hotels were not obliged to follow goverment instructions. They could have at least reduced the tariffs to the normal rates as the food that we received over the stay was horrible and the same every day, much below the quality expected for the exorbitant price paid for the package!

Flying from Montreal is always fun, but when you pick the right hotel to make the night before part of your vacation makes it that much better.
This time we booked Days Inn that included parking for the whole vacation at a wonderful rate made it that much more enjoyable.
Staff: they were incredible and supportive in all ways, they helped us remain calm during our flight fiasco and even offered a lower rate hotel room since they could see the fear and concerns.
Parking: Super easy and affordable for the week. The shuttle was great and simple to find.
Accommodations: No breakfast, but the rooms were amazing, bed comfy and a great night's rest before our 7am flight.
Looking for a place to Part + Sleep and Fly then this is your hotel you should book!

The government website states that the sanctioned hotels were under stricter, more stringent COVID cleaning requirements and procedures. Yet I found somebody else’s hair in the shower and in the bed. How do I know it’s not mine? My hair is about 4 inches long and turquoise. The hair I found was short and black as well as long curly long ones in the bedsheets.
There were three large cracks in my window that let in a cold draft.
The shower is aesthetically pleasing but impractical. You either hold the shower head or the water gets everywhere.
I had to call and ask for extra towels and it was an interrogation as to WHY I needed them and why I wasn’t prepared with my own products.
The bed was okay, the pillows were thin and flattened the moment you put your head on them. If I hadn’t been so exhausted from traveling that and the noise from the two major exit ramps outside my window would have kept me up.

Hard to see how this can be called an “airport hotel” nor a “Conference Center”. We waited for 40 minutes for a shuttle at the airport and when none came had to take a taxi. We were warned at the airport that the hotel was “far away” but we had already paid for the night.
The room was clean but very dated and with minimal amenities: 4 single use plastic glasses, two small bits of soap, two tiny shampoos and hand lotion, one small bath towel and another face towel per person. The fragile lamp by the bed turned on by jostling the switch, no need to turn it. The plug in the bathroom drain was also broken. Only two small decaffeinated coffee pods in the room. The breakfast counter was not set up when we left but looked a bit limited judging by the size of the counter.
Courteous staff. Beds were good, nice hard mattress.
Hard to see how this can be called a “three star” hotel.

Disinterested reception staff. I did not see any security. Dreadful food. Dusty room. I was there for 20 hours as my Covid negative test came through at midnight 7 hours after testing, but still had to pay the whole amount (just under $900)! I really don't see how they can justify the cost and, considering the cost, the guests should be made to feel much more comfortable.

Stayed here with friends the night before a trip because of the proximity to the airport and the parking and shuttle. Rooms were clean but very outdated. Restaurant was not open until evening with only one poor waitress who worked her buns off waiting one everyone. Bar that was advertised was not open but you could get limited drinks with dinner. Shuttle was only a 7 passenger van and we were a group of 8 we squeezed in at 4 am. Return shuttle wait was an hour and a half even though we called 3 times. Others were waiting as well and were either ahead of us or jumped in front if us. We returned in two groups. There was inly on shuttle running back and forth. The shuttle should have been bigger and there shout have been two running as well as the driver should of had a list of who he as picking up. He was a great driver but needed a bigger vehicle and second one to help hime with the load.

they have a shuttle bus. i got picked up later than you are arriving.
Call the hotel. I do know that you MUST reserve the shuttle as it is busy and fills up quickly.
have to go to the airport for 3:30am will get breakfast there Thank you.
I don't recall if they do or not. They have a small business centre which is well hidden even though it is located behind the front desk. I would call and ask them, if there is a chance you will need one.
