We needed to book a trip for the weekend and we were happy to have found one close to our venue with all the amenities for our comfort. I really enjoyed how clean and modern the space was. I didn’t get to use the pool or fitness center but visited both. They were clean and the lighting was warm and welcoming.
Brand new building, looks and feels it. Rooms are big and comfortable, love the windows that looked out onto the mountain. Terrific service from everybody there. This is a new area that is being developed, feels very modern. look forward to coming back when we can enjoy the restaurants and sit outside on the terraces of the hotel. Due to Covid, it was a box breakfast which was okay. Not downtown, but very good value and easy to get into the city especially if you have a car. There is shopping and restaurants nearby.
Our family stayed for 3 nights at the end of December. The hotel was very clean and quiet. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite with kitchenette. There is no oven in the room but there is a fridge, freezer, toaster, microwave, stove top, coffee maker). The midtown location was great! Parking was a breeze, there is a black garage door for the underground parking. Although the parking signage needs to say: “Homewood Suites” it just says “parking de l'hôtel $15” which as first-time guests we weren’t sure if it was our hotel or not. Nearby shops are all walkable. We highly recommend walking over to the Supermarche, its directly across the street to make your own charcuterie (large selection of fresh baguettes, cheese and meats - awesome prices too). There is also a Starbucks directly across the street which we loved! Travellers tip - pack ziploc baggies to store your extra food in. The bathroom was very large and bright, it’s only accessible through the bedroom. We would have preferred to have bathroom access through the living room as to not disturb our sleeping child at night. The swimming pool was quite small for a family hotel (10 person capacity) and the water temperature could have been warmer. We really wished there was a hot tub to relax in at night and warm up after the pool. The included breakfast buffet was very convenient for our family. Hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel.…
The hotel is nice, clean and modern. The 2 Queen room was really big, it would comfortably fit up to 3-4 people. There was a pull out sofa bed. The hotel is situated in what I would deem a quiet/relaxing area. The metro is about a 8-10 minutes walk from the hotel and about 20 mins ride on the metro to Old Montreal. They are nearby in walking distance restaurants, fast food, Walmart, Starbucks and other stores. The hotel is much bigger than I had expected, it is well maintained and felt completely clean. What interaction I needed to have with staff, they were all nice and helpful.
We had two rooms booked for a week stay to attend a sports camp. When we arrived the rooms were not ready. The first rooms that we received were dirty; the sheets had bodily fluids on the them and pubic hairs. The floors were so dirty our socks turned black and the bathrooms smelled like urine. The toilets had stains and the floor in the toilet was sticky. The rooms were disgusting. We were changed rooms but not until 9pm. The next day we were moved again. The hotel is new but lack of staff, dirty and not worth staying at. Thé breakfast was ok, no variation from day to day but food quality was ok. Internet kept dropping. Poole seemed clean, and the gym is extremely well equipped.
I stayed for 3 nights at Homework Suites Hilton Very Good services Staff at reception Cassandra, Abbi andTahereh are very polite and quick in check-in formalities In housekeeping Janhavi Divya and Ana are attentive in providing quality service. Considering tourists from all over world and majority are vegan, items like Samosa or Cutlet should be added in Breakfast menu Uday Sathaye
My family of four stayed in this hotel for a 5-day vacation in Montreal and we couldn't have been happier. We stayed in a 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom suite, which worked perfectly for us. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are totally quiet, and the large living space and kitchenette topped it off. Our kids enjoyed the heated indoor pool and the free breakfast. The parking garage is convenient especially in the wintry weather we experienced. It's also an easy walk to the Metro. We could not have been happier with the Homewood Suites!
We stayed for two nights only, wish we had more time to spend here, very satisfied with the hotel, 1.the location is good, depends on what you want to do in Montreal, for us its just perfect, small shopping mall across the street (maybe 10mins walk) , starbucks is just infront of the hotel, many restaurants can be reach by foot (glad we dont have to drive to find restaurants) 2.very very spacious room, with kitchenette and dining table. We travel with autistic child, having kitchenette in the room is a great help. 3. Free breaksfast, nice decent variation of breakfast Overall we really enjoy our stay, when we plan another trip to Montreal, Homewood suites by Hilton Montreal will be on our top list.
New hotel with great location mid town. We liked having kitchenette. A desk and big king bed. Easy parking (extra) and can quickly get to places north and south since you are next to Decarie. If you need to be downtown a lot, I would suggest another place.
Staff is great and accommodating, the hotel is basically new and rooms are spacious. We had a great time during our stay. Fitness center was closed due to covid and pool Aslo had capacity restrictions. Nothing to do with the hotel .
