Stayed for three nights in one of their Signature Suites (two bedrooms, two bathrooms) with two older teens. Huge, HUGE space, which was an oasis to return to after a long day exploring the city. Worth the splurge. Staff was friendly and helpful. A+ experience

Pleasure trip with kids! Went to visit montreal, love old Montreal. The hotel is big and has a nice lobby but on the last night there were tiny ants in our room - on the fourth floor. It makes me think the hotel should switch to hardwood floor.

St-Sulpice is by far the best boutique hotel in the city, with room service, world class dining in-house, and friendly staff, and affordable rates. Book early and book often. The more you visit, the more you will enjoy your stays. Each time you stay here, you will discover something new about Old Montreal, about the food offerings, and about places to see/visit. Bring your kids, your partner, your parents, or come on your own. the city has something for everyone.

Booked a Queen Signature Sweet - with the "Terrace" for our anniversary trip. Terrace table and chairs had bird poop all over them, two wasp nests, and a hornets nest. Room was in dire need of upgrading and cleaning. Burnt out light bulbs, paint scratches, cob webs, filter plugged in heat pump unit, etc. Asking a premium price for a suite - I have no problem with, however you need to at least ensure the suites are upgraded, and cleaned. Emailed concierge three times asking to book tours and/or for more information. Never received a reply to an email. Not once. Reached out on FB to the hotel to ask. They gave me the email for concierge. Never heard back. On FB messenger, two days before arriving, reached out to ask if we could have a bottle of bubbly and some food in the suite on our arrival. Again - this was sent 2 days before arrival. Never heard back from anyone until we had checked in and been in our suite.....that's when they called me and said "sorry we missed this". I travel alot - if you are looking for a great location - then this is a solid choice....just compare it to a high end super 8.

We booked a Queen Suite with balcony overlooking the courtyard. It was a huge room with a big bathroom and included l'Occitane amenities. The service at the hotel was friendly, helpful and professional. All the staff worked hard to meet guest requests. It was very quiet! We didnt hear anyone although we did see them about . The room with a balcony is definitely worth it in the summer. View on the courtyard is just as nice as the garden view
