Le Hotel Saint-Suplice is a beautiful property located in the heart of Old Town. The suites are spacious and well-appointed. We easily walked to key sights and neighborhoods, and the dining choices near the hotel are outstanding. The staff helpfully assisted us with several logistical needs. I would go back in an instant!

Do not stay here. There are so many amazing choices in Montreal. This is NOT one of them. I purchased a deluxe 500 sqft room for my last night in Montreal. The room price was very expensive but I splurged. I show up at the hotel the room is half the size they claimed. It is a triangle where only the bed can fit in by the window the rest of the room gets smaller and smaller. It was a total bait and switch. There is tremendous street noise right out the window by the bed. The windows are thin and have no sound proofing at all. You can literally hear people's conversations as they walk down the street past the room. There is a popular restaurant literally 40 feet away on the other side of the street that plays load music and stay open verylate. It looked like a great spot but all of that sound traveled right in to the room. It was a busy weekend and people were partying in old town until 3am. My room would literally vibrate as loud cars drove by and people yelled. The lights in the room did not all work and they included a fold out couch that does not fit in the space provided so that if you actually fold it out then the room is blocked off and the person in the bed can not get to the bathroom of front door. Just terrible they should really be ashamed that they offered this poor experience which was a total bait and switch from the room I paid for on Booking (with photos that in no way matched the actual room I was in). I can't stress enough DO NOT SAY HERE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

The queen suite was wonderful - super clean, very spacious and comfortable, and I was surprised to find there was a proper kitchenette stocked with cooking pans. I very much appreciate finding that in a hotel of this quality! Sometimes I just want a simple meal and don't want to eat out. Loved the windows opening out to the courtyard view. The staff were responsive and so friendly and genuine. We would absolutely stay here again.

The staff was very friendly. The room was very nice and clean. The hotel is located in the heart of old port, parked our car and walked everywhere. The only disappointment was the restaurant was closed the evenings of our stay. We also thought there was a bar but that was also closed. It looked like a wine bar only.

Amazing hotel location, staff, service, wifi (kudos to Mr Manuel and Mrs Odette). Good bathroom installations and amenities. Room cleanliness needs some attention. I wish we could have had more lights in the room (a bit darker than what I was expecting)

We had a great visit to Montreal and the St. Sulpice put us in exactly the right place in the Old City. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Paul, the doorman. He went the extra mile to make my family feel warm and welcomed to both St. Sulpice and Montreal!
