The only satisfactory service provided was checking in. The breakfast was 3/5 as it was the same every day. That’s okay for one day stop overs but for a hotel this large and it’s ability there could be some variety. We stayed here due to sport tournament rule and wish we had another option. Simply requests were ignored, and the room wasn’t clean at arrival. Elevators rarely functioned properly. No hot water for an entire evening. Rude check out.

Fantastic hotel near Berri-UQAM metro, which allows you to easily get to all major sites in the city. Also close to The Village and Old Montreal, as well as everything on Rue Sainte-Catherine. Staff is great, rooms are modern and nice and city views are incredible!

Hotel est bien situé dans le village gay de mtl. Proche des restaurants, bar et activités. De l'accueil au départ nous avons toujours un excellent service. Chambre très confortable et très propre. Le petit déjeuner est bien.

The hotel is great and the bedroom is large and very comfortable, The view from the top room is really excellent and great. Breakfast is well organized and there is ample room. Employees are so helpful and pleasant This could have been a dream stay if not for the noise. TV next door room was beaming past midnight. We could easily hear people talking in the corridor.

Have stayed at hyatts all over the world and have had great experiences until now. We checked in late and by the time we got to our room it was after midnight. The shower in the room was visibly dirty. Our TV didn't work all week and the cleaner left a toilet brush on our counter beside the coffee machine. I was not not impressed.

I was travelling to Montréal from Toronto, train got cancelled 3 times and I called them to change my check-in date multiple times with no issue, the call was connected quickly and the staffs were helpful. Breakfast is nothing fancy but it has a good variety of fruits and hot items for the price. The bed and sofa bed was also comfy and clean, same goes for the bathroom. Nice open view looking over Place Émilie-Gamelin and UQAM, also located just minutes away from Berri-UQAM metro station, perfect for travellers arriving here by buses. The lobby is also neat and modern looking. Overall experience is very nice.

Great hôtel! Staff very frendly and professionnal! Everybody even the maids! Hello every time. This hôtel is very well situated with a parking just under. The breakfast is ok. Would just need to be refill just a bit faster. The swimming pool is magnificent, but the water a bit cold. Our stay was still very plasant at his hotel and will be our choice next time!

Great hotel perfectly located close to Village Old port and downtown. Terrific views from the room, beautifully design. Great service. Amazing pool to enjoy in winter days, sunny, with a very nice sauna with downtown view. Starbucks in the hotel, highly recommended

The location is best, there is direct metro access even without going out of the hotel building, there is IGA supermarket just besides, fantastic. There is a fantastic park in front of the hotel which hosts many concerts/activities during holiday seasons. There is a bibliothèque in 3 min walk, super family friendly, wow! There are pharmacy, post office, bookstore all around within 2 min. The underground parking is very easily to access (only there's a height limitation. For people's information, my car's total height is 5 feet 8.2 inches, which works good, there maybe still 2 inches space to the ceiling, you may want to call the hotel to confirm the more precise information). All the staff are super friendly, professional and helpful.

Everything is new and clean, the sauna is a Huge plus, and the breakfast was well done. The location is ideal as it is around the corner from a major Metro Hub, making it easy to get to any part of the city.
