Well renovated old building located in the heart of the Old Port of Montreal. Spacious kitchen, dining room and living room with a separate bedroom. Appliances included a dishwasher, washer and dryer. The bathroom was modern with a rain shower and a handheld shower. Basic supplies for cooking and cleaning up included. The only downside was single pane windows did allow a lot of the street noise to intrude, but with a white noise app sleeping was not an issue. We did bring ear plugs, one of us used them and the other didn't. We did ask for a higher floor but one bedroom units are on the first floor only. I had no trouble reaching someone ahead of time to request a higher floor and ask about luggage storage - they texted me a link to a luggage storage site which was very helpful. Check in info was emailed the day of our stay and was very easy to follow. This is our third stay in Old Port and this was the best location yet, will definitely stay here again.

The location was great, it was in the middle of old montreal, on st. paul street. So if you are a tourist, you would love it.

Disliked · 1)The communication with the property manager was extremely poor. There is no on-site person to talk to. The manager sometimes texts on the booking app and sometimes via text messaging. But he takes hours to reply to messages. I wanted to extend my stay by a day but because booking.com does not have that option, I re-booked the same room and did not want to go through the hassle of changing rooms or hotels. But the manager asked me to checkout at 11 am and re- check in at 4 pm. what a nightmare! and when I asked him to call to discuss the situation, he refused. Booking.com was helpless in this situation and could not connect with the manager as well, and gave me absurd options of sitting in the room until someone comes to physically throw me out! I had a terrible time.
2) they charge about a $ 100 cleaning but the rooms are dirty, there are spiders, i saw atleast 3 spiders in two days, and when informed the manager, he didnt even acknowledge or reply to my message.

We had a very large apartment with two bedrooms and a large kitchen, living room etc. Everything is new and impeccable, very well located opposite the Bonsecours market. The living room carpet was nevertheless very stained and we were woken up early by workers doing work above and blocking the elevator.

Stay away if you want sleep before 1-2 AM -- located over a nightclub!
Stayed here on a visit to Montreal with my brother and his wife. The apartment/rooms are nice enough but the unit I was in (1st floor) was over a restaurant/nightclub. Floor and bed literally vibrated during some of the loud music...place was supposed to close at 1 AM, but one night music went on after that.
Noise wasn't as bad for my brother and his wife, but still audible and annoying.
It's a shame because the rooms are nice and location in old Montreal is quite good.
Also, know that this isn't really a hotel but really more like an airbnb...in fact some of the larger apartments are rented there.

Room Tip: Ask to stay on upper floor? Maybe there is less noise up there.

Absolutely amazing hotel and top notch customer service from Daniel.

I loved the location, you can’t get much better than where it is situated. I felt very safe as a single female traveller. There was a code to get into the building outside of regular hours, a code for the elevator and a code to get into the apartment.

The amenities were great, with a full kitchen, dishwasher, washer and dryer. I made breakfast in my unit every day which was convenient and cost effective. The bed and pillows were very cozy and the shower had great pressure and the tub was comfortable for a bath.

The only drawback was the noise coming from Trone, the restaurant underneath my unit. My room overlooked the terrasse of the restaurant and it was loud for me. Bring earplugs!

Other than that, it was an incredible hotel in the best part of town within walking distance to everything. I highly recommend it!

No interaction bliss !
This has to be the funniest experience so far in my traveling life, probably a portend of things to come in futher
This property gives you total privacy, the hotel entry, lift entry, room entry, wi fi password, everything is online.
The flat is well equipped, clean and most importantly, bang in the middle of the happening place, the Old Montreal and Port area. Notre Dam is walking distance.
Super experience and highly recommended!!

I've called several times and left messages. I booked thru hotels.com for Jun 4-7, "Pay at the Hotel", fully refundable stay and "Free cancellation until 5/21". I was charged the full price on 4/26 when I made the booking (not a hold, an actual completed charge).
I cancelled the stay on 5/15 before any charges were due. I didn't notice the charge until I was paying my credit card bills. They shouldn't have touched my credit card since the booking was "Pay at the hotel", which means that they should have charged me when I get to the hotel.
But since I cancelled, there should not have been a charge. I didn't get any refund for the cancellation.
Nobody answers the phone, I always get voicemail and even hotels.com are not able to get a hold of this hotel.
Please give me my money back. Please contact me.
I will report this as a fraud on my credit card if I don't hear by 5/13.
