The building is not to big, not too small, just perfect. This hotel makes me feel like I’m in a tropical place with the large interior design before accessing the rooms. They have a nice gift/essential shop which has more then you need, along with a beautiful bar and restaurant. After many stays in hotels near the Montreal airport, this best western is my ultimate choice.

We arrived tired and travel sore after our repatriation flight from Morocco. Facing an even longer day all we wanted was a good night’s sleep. The bed was comfortable. The room clean. A great night’s sleep! The next morning we were told getting a cab would be difficult due cabbies not wanting to drive during the COVID outbreak. The person at the desk spent a long time trying to get us a cab. She even tried calling a couple nearby hotels to see if any cabs were waiting outside. All the time she smiled, told us not to worry and served other guests. Not sure what makes a hotel outstanding if not providing a good sleep and receiving outstanding customer service.

Stay away! I was scolded by the receptionist. The food is absolutely disgusting. Everything about it is bad. Beware it’s not clean either. Bed sheets had stains. The hallways smelled. And we were given the wrong room!

I recently stayed at the Best Western Montreal Airport for two nights. The hotel provided what I needed, a clean bed and a shower. The front desk staff, however, was not overly helpful or friendly during my stay. Trina W, in particular, was difficult to deal with. She was very unfriendly and made the customer feel as if they were being an inconvenience. Not a good way to be greeted after a 24 hour travel day. Upon checkout, Pamela S made up for the poor customer service. She was polite and went above by calling transport when checking out. This is a difficult time for everyone and manners, being helpful and doing our jobs as best we can benefit everyone.
