My husband and I stayed at this hotel for one night. The room was clean. The bathroom was very small. I'm a small frame and had to remove the toilet paper from the holder in order to sit on the toilet, and then still not comfortably. In order to put the bathmat down on the floor, I had to remove... My room was rented out for a quicky while I was out! With my BELONGINGS still in my room! I was still charged for the room! I was transferred 4 times in 24 hrs! From room to room! The maid walked in on me while in the bath. Hair in tubs, sinks and hair-net on floor! 3 days without maid... More

Our room was spacious, equipped with everything we needed, tastefully decorated, clean, comfortable. Bathroom clean and fully functional with like new fixtures. Continental breakfast excellent, in clean room and all you could need. With grocery store and a small shopping mall with restaurant across the street, we couldn't ask for any more.

Booked for one night so as to make our cruise ship on time the next day , looked quaint on website. Unaware that it's a 'love' hotel, first patron walking out of hotel is obviously a lady of the evening. Front desk behind glass enclosure, another red flag. Room overall looks clean. Had a leak from ceiling at 6am, housekeeping... More

Stayed for a night while driving towards Quebec City. Knew it is a love hotel but decided to try because of numerous good family reviews. Was warned against its shabby background by a man at the parking lot. Was freaked out by a overly nice man asking personal questions. He may have mistaken us as working girls as we have... More

The room was great and very comfortable. Despite the housekeeping being having trouble with their guest. This place has good prices for overnight stay, and you wont have the trouble of using your credit card.

I really liked this hotel because the attractions we wanted to see were nearby, within 20 mins away. The staff was also very helpful and super sweet. The first room's bathroom didn't lock and we told the front desk and they gave us another room easily without any kind of attitude. The only thing I didn't like was that the... More

We needed to find a warm place to sleep, because our neighborhood lost electricity for almost 24 hours. So we booked into Le Chabrol motel, which is close to NDG. When we entered the room, we noticed that we were not in a place for travellers; there were mirrors on the ceiling and all around, a poll for dancing and... More
