I at first didn’t get any sleep but asked for help and explained who I am and why I am here, they completely helped me and moved me to a much better room! Very amazing staff as I arrived in a limo service because this hotel is close to the studio I need to be at. They understand and are such personable and helpful! Very clean room I am in and much better and happier. Lacking a lot of sleep but completely understand because the prior room wasn’t accepatable....now I’m super happy!! Awesomeness and a beautiful place to stay at! I am from Edmonton, Alberta so this was super helpful when I asked about the area and there is a supermarket across the street which is called super C! Lol my name is Christie Lynn and so that was a funny connection 😊 recommended to my friends as I will be here for one week. They are wonderful and the breakfast is included and you have safe in each room. Clean and modern feel.
First photo was not happy and now I’m relaxed and can sleep in the new room that is posted! Fabulous staff this morning!!!

I agree with one of the other poster's here. Seemed like a rough area for this newly renovated love motel, if you're familiar with these in Asia then you know what i mean. Don't get me wrong the renovations are done well but in poor taste. None of the official pictures of this hotel featured the dozen or so rooms with stripper poles in them, most washrooms feature large glass showers some of which are right in middle of the room and visible from all angles with the many many mirrored walls and ceilings. They have a nice photo wall in the small lobby of all the rooms with the room number under so you can pick which theme you want...great service feature? Lots of derelicts and undesirables hanging around which obviously nessesitates the 2 inch thick, most likely, bullet proof glass the reception sits behind. Also at reception you can purchase small bottles of champagne and other hard liquors not sure if they could pass it under the little slot under the glass....amenity? There was a loud bar across the street and a few people were walking back and forth from this hotel.

This hotel must have been renovated since I went because the first floor room was dingy looking, the carpet dirty, rough night staff, and prostitutes hanging around. A strip club down the street and a very large bar with gambling machines across the way... Lots of screaming at night. View on the parking lot. Could not open the window for fear someone would climb in through the window. Poor air conditioned. I was happy to leave the area in the morning. Not a very safe area! Close the highway leading to the airport and about 15 minutes by car from the downtown area.

We booked a night at this place (definitely not worth the name hotel) to catch an early flight from the airport. It was reasonably priced and the photos seemed ok. If you are contemplating doing the same, do yourself a favour and sleep in your car or on a seat in the airport; you'll get a better night's sleep. As soon as you walk in, the place just screams seedy motel. The scent of chemical air freshener is overpowering and definitely not in any way related to the level of cleanliness. A previous guest had spilled a drink in our room, which still had sticky, Crush-coloured stains on the floor. The shower was moldy. The original colour of the carpet in the room was hard to make out. We had to unplug both the fridge and airco unit because their noise levels were brutal. While the accommodation was absolutely terrible, I do wish to point out that both employees we dealt with at check-in/out were very polite and helpful.

I booked a room seeing the good reviews and cheap price, just as a place to sleep before an early morning flight. The room looked old but serviceable. But then an scarily yelling man outside the hotel kept me awake for over an hour, as did the doors repeatedly opening and shutting in the hallway at 12:30am. Just as I was trying to get calmed back down and get some sleep, I looked down at the bedspread and saw a friendly little bedbug. Photo attached. I left at 1:45am to go sleep in my car in the airport garage (!!) and the hotel still charged me for the 4 hours I had stayed there. Not classy.

I had no clue until we checked in that this was "love motel." Firstly, Expedia said this hotel was downtown, which it is not. It is a ways away from the heart of Montreal. The area is near bars and strip clubs. The front of house staff seemed friendly. But as soon as you walk toward your room the hotel STINKS of cleaning products and smoke smells. After seeing some other clients in the parking lot, you realize why. Several times we witnessed very young women without luggage escorting very old men into the hotel. The room has a giant mirror by the bed and we immediately started realizing this is not a hotel for travelers. The room was fine since we weren't there much. When we slept there, we were sick from something in the hotel. It also took us two nights to finally get some extra blankets and pillows for comfort -- this may have been a language barrier. They brought us towels instead. The free Wi-Fi was very spotty, which was almost more annoying than not having it. The breakfast was awful and laughable. It was clear this is not a place people often stay until morning for. If you are looking to travel to Montreal, stay in a hotel that is downtown and NOT apparently of ill repute.

This place is newly renovated in a quiet place in West Montreal, but don't let that fool you. The staff seems sweet, the rooms are ok but a lot of sketchy stuff going on. First night....a wicked over powering smell of marijuana all down our hallway and into our room...I don't care what people do just have some respect. Called the front desk and they notified me it was a "worker" who was currently renovating the hotel. I listened to the conversation held between the employee and the individual and basically it was a "don't make it so obvious" comment. Second night...went out for a smoke and retrieve something from my car and the two employees running the hotel were smoking weed right outside the side door...again I don't care what people do but be professional. The second night, in a non smoking room on a non smoking floor the smell of marijuana and cigarettes over powered my room, I'm a smoker and it was disgusting. I called the front desk to have the man say "I'll make note of it" while giggling. My advice to anyone visiting Montreal, spend the extra money to not stay here...

Booked for one night so as to make our cruise ship on time the next day , looked quaint on website. Unaware that it's a 'love' hotel, first patron walking out of hotel is obviously a lady of the evening. Front desk behind glass enclosure, another red flag. Room overall looks clean. Had a leak from ceiling at 6am, housekeeping came in to verify that there's a leak, nothing was offered to remedy the situation. I had to call front desk for a room change. Was told by front desk that since they gave us another room, there will be no compensation for the inconvenience. Finally spoke with manager, gave us $20 off. Hardcore pornography on TV, there should be a warning on the website!

The room was great and very comfortable. Despite the housekeeping being having trouble with their guest. This place has good prices for overnight stay, and you wont have the trouble of using your credit card.
