We had an unexpected stay at this Hilton Garden due to a cancelled flight and no help from Air Canada. The hotel was fine, but I wanted to write this review because one of the staff there was so helpful and kind. We were stuck in Montreal with no options to fly out until 2-3 days later. There were no rental cars. We found a flight out of Portland, Maine, but didn't know how to get there. A lady named Sonia who works at the hotel went out of her way to help us. She tried to help us get a rental car. When that didn't work, she didn't give up but actually found us a taxi (for our family of 5) that would take us 5.5 hours and across the border to Portland. Amazing! We are so grateful to Sonia. Hilton needs to hang on to her. Service like that is difficult to find these days.

The hotel is located near a basically industrial area so good only if you need food and a bed near the airport.
The room is clean, spacious, TV, bed comfort OK, good assortment of toiletries , ironing board, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Bottled water is free to members of the chain. Wifi is free.
Dinner in the busy restaurant full of travelers was very good.
Airport shuttle runs 24/7 every 15 minutes
No lunch service. I inquired about nearby options and was told there are no other restaurants or stores nearby. I arrived in the midst of a snow storm so did not venture out of the hotel but on departing I saw a Tim Horton's across the street. I could have used this information.
Having said that all staff pleasant and very helpful.

I stayed for 1 night on March 16, 2020. Upon arrival, I requested a room in a quieter area away from the elevator and ice machine. I was given a room away from the elevator and ice machine, but the room faced the highway. That was definitely disappointing. The traffic noise woke me up before the actual time that I had wanted to get up.

The room was spacious. There was a king size bed which was comfortable. The pillows were not, but that being said, pillows are such a personal choice. There was a couch and a desk area. From a distance, the room looked clean. On closer inspection there was drink stains on the little table by the couch and on the desk/TV area. There was also a hair by the phone and pamphlets. I expected more from the Hilton Brand, as I had just received a email to say that in light of the global pandemic going on, extra cleaning was going to be done.

There were no dining options for dinner within walking distance. I ordered the fish and chips. Mediocre at best. The breakfast is normally $20, and I think that is is usually buffet style, but in light of the health crisis going on, breakfasts were made to order. Basically you were given a choice of eggs, omelettes, bacon, or sausage, and toast. It would be helpful to have a temporary "menu" printed with all the things that are available, which I found out later included fresh fruit, juice, and probably more choices which I did not know about.

The hotel did offer a shuttle service to the airport. I took the 1:15 shuttle on March 17. I requested the driver to drop me off at the Air Canada Domestic flight terminal. His response was that there was only 1 drop area for Air Canada passengers. I thought that that was kind of strange. When I went to check in at the Air Canada Counter, she told me that I was in the wrong area to check in for my domestic flight. Hmmmm.....not a problem for me to walk to right area to check in, but if I had mobility issues, it could be a problem.

As much as I normally enjoy the Hilton brand, there were a few disappointments with this stay. There is the plus of being close to the airport, but I would rather stay in a hotel where there were things to do within walking distance.

Stayed at this hotel for five nights July 11th to July 16th 2021. Such a big disappointment. Rude manager, not friendly at all… room was not cleaned, nor garbage taken out… no resupply of clean towels, coffee, or toiletry… terrible experience… will never go back to this hotel.
Cleaning lady was friendly, hard working, but was not allowed to provide us clean towels without manager approval… manager argued with us, told us this is higher management decision, due to covid-19 no cleaning rooms, or entering for cleaning at all. We were shocked by the way how all was handled. Night before we checked out and asked at the front desk if there is a guests luggage room to leave our luggage for additional few hours (our flight was late afternoon), we were told to check in the morning because if one luggage is already in that room, additional luggage can not be placed there (due to covid-19)… another disappointment… next morning when we checked out front desk guy said no problem at all, and kept our luggage with another guests luggage too at the same luggage room, just behind front desk. In general staff is not trained well, and the manager is not professional at all. We are not going back to this hotel.

We stayed in a double bed room & the beds and the room we're very comfortable. There is a temp gauge in the room. The front desk attendant was extremely kind & helpful. There is no breakfast or lunch or supper included the in the price and all are very expensive! $20 for one hot breakfast! If the meals were reasonable, I would have scored the hotel much higher. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel that brings you into the city.

We were bumped from a much more conveniently located hotel for the Montreal Grand Prix weekend, and this hotel's management was kind enough to honour our rate from prior hotel, despite being able to easily charge 300% over our original rate. Hotel is conveniently located at a highway intersection to get anywhere quickly, and there's a Tim Horton's nearby. Hotel is very clean (recent renovation I believe). Offered free WIFI and parking, plus also honoured our free breakfast. The hotel management provided a free shuttle to the metro for us relocated customers, to help get us to the Formula 1 event quickly every morning - very nice of them to do so. The staff also provided advice for speedy departure from town after checkout and event.

What staff and management do in exceptional situations like these (dozens of people getting bumped from preferred location) is what separates a great team from an indifferent one. This hotel earned the 5 star all the way.

This is a very nice business hotel and it is conveniently located near the airport. The hotel staff was friendly. I did experience an issue with towels and wipes in the fitness center but I said something to the front desk and the issue was fixed immediately.

This was a fine hotel located near the airport, which we used to catch an early morning flight out of Montreal. The room was spacious and clean, the service was friendly and helpful. We didn't spend enough time there to explore the amenities, but everything was great. We had a very quiet room that didn't experience noticeable airport noise.

There were just a couple quirks--almost every electrical outlet was so worn out that they wouldn't hold in the plugs in to charge our devices. It was very tricky to charge our devices, and some plugs couldn't be used. A refresh of the outlets would be a great upgrade.

The hotel shuttle to the airport was a little rough, which unfortunately can be the first and last impression of the hotel. The web site doesn't say how to catch the shuttle from the airport, and it's not on the list of hotels to call on the airport display. Looking up the hotel phone number got an explanation that the shuttle runs only every half hour, which could explain why the shuttle waited at the airport instead of circulating after picking up the small crowd of people who had been waiting for it. On the way back to the airport, the front desk informed us that they had reserved a ride for us at 5:15am. But when we got there on time, the driver informed us we were late, and indeed, the bus was full of people who must have been waiting. When we tried to explain that we were told to be there at 5:15, the driver couldn't communicate what happened in English, but we all got to the airport. There seems to be some sort of miscommunication between the front desk and the shuttle driver. Maybe this is a staffing shortage problem, but I would recommend patience with the hotel shuttle for now.

Having arrived in Montreal from an international flight, we needed a place to spend the night before heading off on our road trip the next day.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and provides guest parking at an extra cost.

The rooms were averagely comfortable, and the dinner and breakfast options were appreciated in terms of convenience.

We stayed here our last night in Canada. We didn't have a car, but the shuttle from/to the airport worked well. I called them from the airport, and the shuttle was already on the way so it was about 10 minutes' wait for us. The driver wasn't rude but didn't do much more than open and close the door for us. On our return the next morning, that driver put our luggage in the back and assisted us upon arrival at the airport. We arrived about 2 pm and were upgraded to a suite upon my request for a Diamond upgrade. The room was good size with a side area with a table and a food prep area. The bathroom had a nice tub for soaking plus the usual. Some of the amenities were in squeeze bottles and not individual ones. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel is on the side of an old autoroute (interstate in US) and is surrounded by airport warehouses and a few other small hotels. There is a Tim Horton's on the other side of the major road, but there is pedestrian access via stairs and a passageway under the highway and more stairs. The restaurant in the hotel is decent. The breakfast was complimentary for us as Diamonds and was very tasty. We also had dinner there. I have submitted a request to TA to create a listing for the restaurant, Le Pavilion, and will post pictures of the food once I can. The lady at breakfast was the best staff member we encountered. My other half forgot his glasses, and when he realized 20 minutes later as we were leaving the room, we found them at the front desk thanks to her! We would definitely stay here again if arriving late or leaving early. In conclusion, better than average but really nothing can be done about remote location.

Hello Givenlast, They usually stop by every 30min at Departure entrance, last door, I believe it's 9 or 8, the phone numbers are written near the doors. It's a good idea to call them when you get there, they'll give you an ETA. Have a safe trip to Montreal!

The cost for the breakfast buffet is approximately $15 CAD and the prices posted with no indication of a children's rate. So I think the price is based on the meal.
