Friend's car stolen during stay and ours broken into on hotel premises. Hotel doesn't sufficiently address problem and so I would not recommend staying here. Pool also closed during summer which was a reason firnchoosing hotel. Otherwise hotel is clean, rooms are nice and staff is friendly.

We had an unexpected stay at this Hilton Garden due to a cancelled flight and no help from Air Canada. The hotel was fine, but I wanted to write this review because one of the staff there was so helpful and kind. We were stuck in Montreal with no options to fly out until 2-3 days later. There were no rental cars. We found a flight out of Portland, Maine, but didn't know how to get there. A lady named Sonia who works at the hotel went out of her way to help us. She tried to help us get a rental car. When that didn't work, she didn't give up but actually found us a taxi (for our family of 5) that would take us 5.5 hours and across the border to Portland. Amazing! We are so grateful to Sonia. Hilton needs to hang on to her. Service like that is difficult to find these days.

Very good hotel. The room is very clean, big and clean bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Close to the airport. highly recommend to anyone who travel to Montreal. It's our first time visited Montreal we could not find hotel in downtown as they were booked the rest were left with very expensive ones. The hotel rate is very competitive. We come back again. :)

Food was ridiculously high. Be sure to eat before you go to hotel. There were no other restaurants in the area. Caught early shuttle to airport at 3:45. AM. Hotel staff was great. The restaurant host was somewhat rude. The bartender was pleasant. Food was ordinary at best. CA$18 for continental breakfast and CA$20 for full breakfast.

My family and I stayed at this hotel in Aug and we loved our stay. It was a busy time with festivals in Montreal and the staff was wonderfull. They were kind and very helpfull. The rooms were clean and spacious. It's easy yo get around from this location. Daniel, the manager was extremely helpfull helping us out. We recommend this hotel and will be coming back

Getting to the hotel is interesting. Upon check in I was handed a car steering wheel lock and told I really need to use it. The staff was enthusiastic and nice. The food at the bar was much better than most hotels. Good thing too, there are no local eateries. Paid parking. Nice exercise are. Rooms were decent, nothing special, tub shower, Microwave, mini fridge and coffeemaker. If you have to stay here its fine. If you have options and value your vehicle, stay elsewhere. Sorry.

We booked one night in July 2023 through Expedia. The day before our stay, we called hotel to ask for longer term parking (10 days) as we were traveling to Carabiners by plane. We were told that with extra cost ($20/day) we can park at hotel premise. Once we checking in, next day, the front-desk manager (Daniel) informed us that we can not use longer term parking, even we want to pay and there was a space, because we booked through Expedia. Once asked for alternatives, the manger told us that it was not his problem. We found is a manager very arrogant and unpleasant.

I didn't choose this hotel myself. I ended up there because my flight got canceled by Air Canada. While some of the front desk and kitchen staff were incredibly nice and polite, it was unfortunate that the floor manager was exceptionally rude and impolite. I am concerned that the behavior of the floor manager could potentially tarnish the reputation of your hotel. I am currently seeking the main manager's email to share my experience and explain what happened during my stay. It is essential for the management to be aware of such incidents so that appropriate action can be taken to maintain the hotel's good name and reputation.

Basketball Tournament Hotel booked us 12 rooms last minute as the hotel we originally booked turned out to be a dive. Very accommodating of our needs and welcoming upon arrival. Nice outdoor patio area. Pool was closed and Breakfast not included, but great stay

Absolutely horrible culture at this hotel. When we checked in, told us that dinner was 5pm.. Went down at 5pm for dinner- front desk said it opens at 6pm. I said that we were told 5pm - the man at the desk said that was not possible that I was told this (I lied) that we were told 5pm.. I showed him the website that stated the hours at 5pm and that made him very upset because it was confirmed in writing. I told him again that I was told 5pm and the website says 5pm so how would anyone know 6pm unless osmosis or mind reader. Horrible behavior. Rooms are fine for the category. Restaurant is very, very good- the food was exceptional. The staff is horrible
