I stayed here 3 nights. The front desk staff were very very friendly and courteous. My room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is efficient and well stocked with basics including paper towels, a few dishes, pots/pans and utensils, a 2-burner stove, microwave/convection oven, and a mini fridge/freezer. I appreciated the coffee maker, esp. because the room also had several tea bags (so many hotels only provide coffee). There was also a small dishwasher, and they supplied detergent and a dish towel. My room was near the elevator, and I was afraid it would be noisy, but it was very quiet. Hand sanitizer was in the lobby and near the elevators on every floor except the parking garage.

The location is convenient to downtown and easily accessible from major highways with minimal driving on city streets. It is also about 2 - 3 blocks from the Atwater metro stop, and the Alexis Nihon shopping center. There are ample restaurants/cafes and grocery stores nearby.

I have read some complaints about the lack of a regular breakfast during the pandemic. However, I was very satisfied with the bagged "grab and go" breakfast that was delivered to my room. It contained a granola bar, yogurt, cheese stick, piece of fruit, and a bottle of water. Under the circumstances, I think they are doing a good job.

I did use the parking garage. Not only is it a low ceiling, but it has tight turning areas/corners and a lot of support posts/beams. It is very tight in my opinion, but I was glad to use it. Note that the entrance from the garage to the elevator bank has about 4-5 steps.

The only disappointing thing was that my room was not serviced during my stay. I specifically declined service on the first morning, but I had expected some basic services such as taking out the trash, replenishing the toiletries, and replenishing the dishwasher detergent. I was out of the room for 12 hours, so they had plenty of time to do some basic services. Fortunately, there were extra trash bags, so I was able to bag up my own trash and start a new bag.

I would stay here again.

After travelling by plane for about 28 hours, we were finally able to checkin to the hotel and were welcomed with an upgraded room on the 18th floor with separate living room and kitchenette. The breakfast in a bag is quick to get bored with especially when you are there for 3 weeks + . I had so much cheese after 7days that I was able to make a tuna fish casserole with it.
The parking lot is very low and if you are taller then 5'8" watch out, be careful opening the hatchback as well.
The mall is very close (8 minute walk) and with a supermarket IGA inside to buy things.

to have a good sleep close your door on your room and turn your air-condition on high. If not you might be disturbed by slamming of doors. Maybe the doors are not sound resistant or the doors could be adjusted by having cushion pads in place, small things can make a difference.

All in all the staff were very accommodating and were very quick to help with things from cleaning the shower drain to providing necessities.

Hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood near Atwater (Green Line) train station.
The rooms include an electric stove, refrigirator, diswasher, dinning set for four.
Two grocery shops within 3 blocks and plenty of small resturants that are walkable distance. Parking is limited to small cars but I did see some small SUV's in the lot, the water pipes not the ceiling is what limits the height. Alternative Parking at the forum for $24 a night.

Was in Montreal on business

Very happy with my experience here, the entire building looks
Fresh as in a fairly recent renovation was clearly made.

My room had plenty of space, a nice kitchen area, very bright
And airy bathroom, comfortable bed, and a office / desk area for me
To work in before going out the door.

Breakfast was plentiful for me, i typically have oatmeal, fruit coffee
And orange juice in the mornings- i have no reason to complain. The
Staff in the dining room at breakfast was very attentive and hard working.

The garage was good to have, please note there is a low ceiling and the
Spaces are tight. An SUV won't go down there, I had a Toyota Avalon, about
The largest vehicle you can get down there, took me a couple of maneuvers
To get it in between the pillars ( i didn't have a spotter, would have helped),
But all was well and the effort paid off in the morning, as i just drove right up
& out of there with no issues.

If i am back in Montreal, i would be happy to stay here again.

We will definitely stay again at this hotel. The hotel is clean and comfortable with a competent, welcoming staff. Parking was convenient and on-site and not expensive for Montreal. The Atwater Metro stop is a block and a half away and the bus stop on Rue Sherbrooke only a block away. So it is easy to get around Montreal centre-ville. The daily free breakfast was tasty and saves a ton of money. The price is quite reasonable for Montreal in summer, Each room is a suite with fridge, stove, and microwave. This hotel is a great value, especially for families. We highly recommend it.

We have had three excellent stays here (one in 2019 and two in 2022). We especially like this hotel because if your car fits in the basement garage, you are able to take the elevator directly to your room, bypassing the lobby. However, strongly recommend that you confirm your vehicle's height with the hotel ahead of time. (They provide an off-site parking location only two blocks away, but it can be a bit of a hassle in the snow.) The hotel was also very accommodating to our dog, Charlie, and the Westmount area provides ample space for walks.

Got a not upgrade to a two bedroom suite but beyond that not much to rave about. Though the swimming pool and gym on PH level are lovely

Parking restricted onsite due to height restriction. Our SUV didn’t fit. Solution offered a block away was reasonable though a tad inconvenient

Soundproofing very poor in the building. Teenagers running around in hallways late at night kept us up the first night. Other nights could hear voices from the next suite over. Did not have a restful night

Linens good maid service very good. Nice kitchen and was spacious

Most of the room and hotel quite dated though we had an updated bathroom which was nice

Balcony in summertime must be nice

Was a convenient location for us. Was kind of nice not to be in the Center of town yet v close

Views lovely

At my recent stay, I lost a personal belonging somewhere in the hotel vicinity. I want to thank the front desk (Yasmin and Laurence) and the head of housekeeping Alex for their proactive help and understanding in looking for the missing item. Due to covid, the hotel breakfast is packed in a paper bag with a fruit, a granola bar, water, and a yogurt. It would be better if the buffet breakfast can be resumed like other hotels but it is understandable.

Our family of four (2 parents, 2 kids) stayed here Easter weekend 2022. Hotel was comfortable and front desk staff were very friendly. The fridge and kitchen was useful.

Free hot breakfast was tasty and had lots of options, although the coffee could be used to strip paint :)

The Metro is an easy 7-minute walk.

Only nitpick is the same thing other posters have mentioned - Our minivan wouldn't fit in the parking garage, so we had to park 2 blocks away in an outside lot. If you have a van or SUV and have to park here, make sure you leave *nothing* of value on view.

Most notable was the wonderful staff who accommodated all our needs cheerfully. (Shayna, Nicola, Sarah, Boris). The bed was really comfortable. The room was really clean. The setup of the room was smart-the bathroom doesn't open right onto the bedroom, so the light doesn't wake anyone up. There's a full kitchen. Great location. You can walk to lots of places.
