The BBV is the perfect home away from home! It is also the ideal place for me to work and play while in Montreal. The location is perfect and conveniently near the village, metro, and the heart of the city. The amazing morning breakfast is truly a delicious visual feast. Their baked goods, homemade granola, and yogurts are sweetness! You can even order scramble eggs to order! The heart of the BBV is their staff. They went above and beyond to make my stay an exceptional Montreal experience.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at the BBV for two nights in August. From the moment we walked in we knew we had made the right choice. Sylvain greeted us warmly and made us feel very welcome. The building itself does not look like much from the outside but as is usually the case, don't judge a book by the cover. Loved the interiour especially the wonderful courtyard they have to park your vehicle. We stayed in the loft apartment above the parking lot and found it to be large, bright and very comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with home made yogurt, granola, croissants and sweet breads. Freshly cooked eggs and lots of fruit. Better than I ever eat at home. If ever staying in Montreal I would highly recommend the BBV. Great location and an easy walk to old Montreal and the Downtown. It will be our first choice when ever we go back Montreal.

A group of colleagues and I stayed at the BBV for a health conference in Montreal. We were very grateful to have chosen this accommodation. Our hosts were wonderful making us feel like this was our home while we stayed. The rooms were comfortable and quiet while giving me the choice to interact with my colleagues in the shared spaces when I wanted. Would recommend for other queer and/or trans travellers as a safe space that is very affirming.

This was my first time staying at a bed and breakfast, and I am so happy this place was my first! When my friend and I walked in, we immediately were treated as though we were part of the family. The staff were so kind and helpful, it truly felt like home. We were so impressed with the breakfast spread in the morning. We also enjoyed our comfortable bed and spotless room. One thing that I really appreciated was the amount of security systems they had in place, this made us feel very safe. Merci beaucoup Philippe, Nicolas and Syvain! I look forward to coming back there, with a bottle of “Drappier” champagne to pop with you! - Michelle

One could not wish for a more wonderful, friendly, place to stay. Terrific hosts. We stayed for 5 nights Each morning starts with breakfast, croissants, jams, fruit cobblers & yogurt, all home made, plus much more. Our room and bathroom were very clean. Absolutely, no complaints at all. The hosts were exceptonally friendly and so helpful in answering any question asked of them. The B&B is located very close to a Metro Station (a very windy one) to begin exploring Montreal. We will be back!

We spent an amazing 3 nights at BBV, enjoying a large room with private bathroom and shower. We also booked a parking spot in the central court of the B&B First and foremost Philippe and Nicolas are just very friendly hosts, positive and you definitely feel at home with them. We are both French living Upstate NY and we dearly enjoyed the mostly home made breakfast, very simple while plentiful and tasty (thank you for the croissants). It was all very good to connect with other hosts during that time before hitting town. The location is very close to rue Sainte Catherine but the B&B is very quiet and you can relax peacefully on the deck in the evening after a long day in Montreal. The room is well furnished, clean and the bed and sofas comfy. We strongly recommend for your trip to Montreal. Mathieu and Helene

Great location to all areas of the city you would like to see. Comfortable room and an excellent breakfast in the morning. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. Parking was available which can be difficult to find in Montreal. We only stayed one evening, for a short trip everything we wanted to see was within walking distance and we will definitely be coming back. It's a great stay for couples but also looking forward to staying with friends for a longer stay.

The Bed & Breakfast Du Village is the best place we ever stayed in while in Montreal and we visit the city often. The rooms are spotless, the owners are very friendly and helpful and their breakfast are the best we had away from home. We always meet interesting people around the breakfast table and the people who work there always go out of their way to make our stay comfortable. I recommend Bed & Breakfast Du village with all my heart!
