The guy at the reception at night time seemed unfriendly and hostile, worse is that there are bed bugs in this hotel. We didn't notice until the last day and now I'm covered in bite marks and had to go to the hospital. Do not stay here!

They're trying to cheat customers. We booked the room through booking.com. On arrival they made us pay twice as much. After refusing, they tried to take money from our credit card. Of course, we heard a lot of insults. In the end, we were forced to look for another place. Be careful. I've never felt so threatened. The owners are...

The worse staff ever. Apparently there was a mistake in my reservation and they didn't even care/ or offered any help. Had to leave this place at night with my mom to find another one because of the unfriendly staff. Certainly you can find something better nearby

The hotel is outdated, the rooms were sort of dirty. Had makeup stains on my pillow and when I pulled the comforter back there was a large yellow stain. The air was stiff, but we had no screen in our window. You can hear other people from your room and breakfast is juice, tea, muffins, and Croissants. One of the...

Just got a text from my son that he found bed bugs in his room. He and his friend have since checked out of the hotel. I'm not sure if they got their money returned for the two nights they had prepaid for yet but, they are trying to get reimbursed.

This is a bad review only because they gave me a room in the basement. It was 70 square feet includind bathroom. The bed was tiny. It was noisey and dirty. The 3 positive things aboit my 3 day stay was there was coffee in the lobby, good internet (wifi) and a frigde in the room. I made a request...

Was nice and clean, and also quiet. Front clerks were helpful and friendly. Was close to places I needed to go. We weren't there a lot but was a nice place to sleep. The price was reasonable and affordable.

Stayed here while going to Heavy MTL festival in Parc Jean Drapeau. This place is simple and nothing fancy but offers a good place to stay at a reasonable price. If you need a cheap spot near some good place and close to transit, this will definitely fit your needs.

I have been working in the hotel industry for almost a year now as a front desk agent...so I know a bit about service quality and this place was way under the minimum quality of service I was expecting when I walked in. the man at the front desk did not even looked at us until we began speaking to...

Great location, close to metro. It's a great place if you don't expect anything other than a clean bed and a shower, because that's all they provide. But the price is right! everything was clean and nice smelling. Would definitely come back because of price, cleanliness, and location.

Staying in Centre-Ville (Downtown)

Neighbourhood Profile
Centre-Ville (Downtown)
Montreal's towering skyline is concentrated in the Downtown area, its nexus of commerce and commercialism. A suffusion of luxury hotels, flagship stores, high-end restaurants, and corporate headquarters characterize the neighborhood, which by nightfall transforms from a business district into a youth-culture hotspot, with hip bars, clubs, and restaurants heavily peopled by students and young professionals. The once-seat of millionaire's 'Golden Square Mile', an incongruity of stately mansions and dapper brownstones sit between glass skyscrapers, creating a visually lush urban landscape. Beneath the sidewalks lay the Underground City, the world's largest below-ground mall, a labyrinth of over 1,500 shops and eateries that echo the profusion of cafes, gallerias, cinemas, and fashion outlets above. From the scholarly array at McGill University to the carousing crowds of Rue Crescent, visit Downtown to shop by day for what you'll wear there by night.
