We were here for two nights this Aug 2023 and the second night we woke up to NO car. We have two small children, 5 and 3 years old, and were completely displaced. After speaking with the hotel we were told ‘it happens a lot…’ So why were not we warned to at least stay extra vigilant?? I asked for an extended check out as we spoke to the police and our insurance. It was granted but we were locked out of our room at 12 noon anyway. We were also harassed by two maids asking when we would be checking out, after I explained our situation to one of them. Terrible experience. We will never be going back, and I advise you choose somewhere else to stay. Stay safe.

Easy access from Hwy. Quick and efficient friendly check in. Room had a king size bed (comfortable). Nice bathroom with soap/shampoo/lotion. Easy checkout . Car stayed parked at hotel We had booked a taxi to the airport It was on time and quick (15 min) drive. Return to airport easy to take a taxi back to hotel and not needed to wait for shuttle . I took the two taxi receipts to the front desk and the credit was processed within minutes . We really liked this set up and would definitely book this hotel again.

awful experience, they charged 640$ to my CC without any reason and I have been trying to get it back since, always some kind of excuse for not being able to deal with it, food was mediocre, room was "ok", staff is not great and not very helpful, any questions asked always seem to have no answer. will not be staying there again, we were a group of 5 for work and 3 out of 5 had the same issues, will be reporting to my work and also my CC company for fraud. stay away.

I used this hotel in 2019 and was very happy with it. Not this time. The courtesy bus from Montreal Airport is discontinued. There were excellent buffet breakfasts in 2019 but not now. As a platinum Accor member I was not given a room upgrade, or the normal special treats. I had to push to get the one free drink. The hotel is pricey but a bit run down and showing it’s age. Fortunately the evening bar/restaurant food is still good and the staff are friendly and attentive.

First of all, I assumed an airport hotel had an airport shuttle or easy transportation from the airport. I assumed wrong. This resulted in significant Uber costs that we had not anticipated and which made the hotel poor value. It’s also nowhere near anything, so you’re stuck ordering food delivery after a long flight, as the hotel restaurant was closed. Our windows were frosted over so there was no natural sunlight which is not nice after a long flight. There was also a kids hockey tournament team dominating our floor so it was loud and chaotic the entire time. I can’t recommend this hotel at all.

I think I can make this pretty easy. TLDR: If you're just going to sleep, you're fine. Might even give it four stars. But if you're going there for event services, look elsewhere. Can't comment on pool cleanliess. Pros: - Room was clean - Person I spoke to day before arrival was very friendly and arranged for a very early check in - Person I dealt with on check out was also super competant. Cons: - We were there for a meeting and the event team was lacking... well, everything. Lunch was super late throwing off the schedule which had a snowball effect. - We had shipped things to the hotel and the morning front desk lady was super clueless. Somehow she'd missed some MASSIVE boxes? - The food in general was "meh" to most team members. One did call it "inedible"

There is no airport shuttle as advertised. If you want shuttle service do yourself a favour and pay a little more for another hotel. We stayed 2 nights paid an extra $150 in taxis! Room and staff were ok.

Technically closer to the YUL airport however you may as well stay downtown or in Old Montréal for a pleasant evening and dinner options… This hotel has no shuttle which defeats the purpose of staying at the airport! Uber from a Downtown hotel is only ten minutes longer… Also Novotel restaurant and bar closed! We had to order take out as we did not feel like driving in the cold at night after a long drive… limited snacks in the lobby. Sodas, chips, Choco bars. No alcoholic drinks.

The hotel is located on the other siee of the airport, so getting there is no easy. No shuttle was provided. The room was okay, but there was audible noise from the hallway until late at night. Breakfast was very limited. The location in the middle of an industrial park with no real public transport options to get downtown is not ideal. All in all okay for a very limited stay, but no really great either.

This is a borderline average hotel. Checkin is very basic. No extra help or information given. Room is very basic, bathrooms are beyond normal. With double doors and no locking mechanism or real privacy, it was very odd. Restaurant is fair, staff seen overworked and stressed. Overall I wouldn't stay here again and would think there maybe other alternatives available.
