I booked the a double room for one night before I my departure and the room rate was set over the telephone for $61/night. When I arrived the guy said the rate was $75. And he said he never gives $61/bight quote to anyone. I told him the rate was published on their website and that I have confirmed with a lady about this rate. Anyway, he became upset and rude and started to yell at me. I have to explain that this rate was pre-agreed before I left for Montreal. This did nothing to explain and he god mad and left. I of course also left. The room was absolutely dirty and smelly. The place is dark, furniture was old and falling apart. There is only a double bed inside. The price is low, but the place is pretty horrible. The paint on building is peeling off. It looks nothing like the photo. Worst, the place is so badly managed that the employee is allowed to be very rude to guests who traveled long distance looking for a rest place. I am glad that I left. That place gives me the creeps. But I am still upset why would they want to eat their words about the room rate? The place seemed deserted and I highly recommend you to STAY AWAY form this terrible place and terrible people.

I live in Montreal and used to go here to crash out with friends. After turning 20 it became unacceptable. You can book for 4 hours. Dirty, old and gross! The worst!

Stayed one night.
Location: some websites have wrong location. It is next to Tim Hortons and other restaurants.
Look: from outside it looks old not well maintained. Rusty doors.
Rooms: spacious looks ok in general. Bed is ok but sheets are old. Toilet has soap only. TV is the CRT type (old) remote works with volume not channels. curtains are old not properly fixed.
Checkin/out: they will hold 15$ for the key and remote and pay you back at checkout.
Overall impression : doesn't worth the 85$ you pay for.

I arrived at 22h00, just looking for an air-conditioned, bug-free place to sleep. Mr. Patel was kind enough to oblige.

It had a phone and TV (porno was available or, um, so I discovered by accident. I swear). I had no idea of the services available, as no instructions were offered, and I didn't ask. One criticism I had was the friendly but indifferent service.

The air-conditioner was noisy, but efficient. I didn't set it, because there are no controls on the unit. There's a thermostat on the wall, but I didn't know how to adjust it.

There was no kitchen or fridge in my room, but there were clean drinking glasses. And a bottle opener mounted on the inside of the bathroom! Party on! (Actually, I was never disturbed by other guests during this visit.)

There was a clothes rack, but a single plastic hanger on it.

The bathroom had no evident fan, but the fixtures and decor were all modern and in good condition. From what I recall it was even a low-flush toilet. There seemed no danger of scalding myself with hot water, though.

One short-coming was the small double bed, 6 feet (182 cm) long at most. Good thing I'm short. The bedcoverings were all clean and in good repair.

The drawers have seen better days, but they all worked. No Gideon Bible.

All lights had compact fluorescent bulbs, with a nice incandescent glow. But only one of the side drawer lamps was plugged in.

Two comfortable, plain armchairs and a low coffee table were near the window, but no desk.

In short: despite Mr. Patel's proprietorship, this ain't the Taj Mahal. But for around CDN $60.00, there are worse places to stay.

Reception was unfriendly. Paid the price of a newly renovated room hoping to get something nice like the website pictures but instead got worst than the normal room. We asked for non-smoking but as soon as we opened the door the smell of mold was worse than any smell of cigarette. The toilet was so badly stained we didnt even wanna use it. And the air conditioner didnt work at all. Was turned on but had not cold air and no setting buttons. No remote for the tv. Couldnt sleep cuz the bed was too noisy. Paid for 4hr but couldnt handle it after 30 min so we left. All we got back was the 5$ deposit. Would NEVER recommend this dump to no one.

This motel is absolutely disgusting. The rooms are old and shabby, Even the so-called renovated rooms are cheaply finished. They may or may not have clean sheets. The furniture is old and in some rooms, broken. Some rooms have black mold in the shower. The heating / air-conditioning doesn't work properly and only has on and off as settings. The staff will try to size you up on arrival and attempt to overcharge you if they believe they can get away with it. If something in a room is broken, requests to fix it go largely ignored. The photo they supplied is from decades ago, when the place wasn't a dump -- just look at the cars! I cannot think of a single good thing to say about this motel. Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else -- anywhere else!

The room is very small. The chairs in the room are filled with dirty set in stain. And the box spring that set under the old dirty mattress is made up of some pieces of woods. The reason that we stayed there for 2 nights is because there was not any available room in any of the hotel in the area . The room supposedly renovated. The only renovated room was the bathroom. But the washed towels still have visible stains in them! It just horrible! Never stay there again!

Stayed there in August, and still shiver when I remember the hotel: extremely unsanitary bathrooms (I didn't even shower there because I was afraid to catch something), bed stains, a pillowcase with a CIGARETTE BURN in it, paper thin walls, AC which you cannot even control without going to the front desk....and that is just a few "highlights". The area seems dangerous and shady, as well. I was scared for our car parked by this "establishment" at night. Needless to say, I slept in clothes because chances are you might catch some sort of a sickness at this place. Pay a little more and avoid this nightmare.

Firstly i am embarrassed to even mention that I stayed there. this motel is so bad.....the cochroaches packed up and left. Honestly it is the worst place i have ever been and only stayed because I arrived late and had early flight to catch. I has booked through Expedia and would/should have walked away ,even without a refund.....
Totally discussing and has black mold.
I am reporting to health services.
No one should ever book there period.
