This lovely old house has been thoughtfully converted into a very warm and comfortable B&B. It is in a great location for delicious restaurants, scenic 25 min walk to Downtown through parks and historic university area or to Old Montreal via busy and interesting streets. Very quiet location for a good sleep, and we were able to park our car...

Stayed here for a long weekend during Easter with my fiancé. We chose the location because it was close to the park and walking distance to lots of restaurants in the Plateau Mont Royal neighborhood. We felt like we got a real local experience, as the hotel is really just a house along the park. Our room was comfortable and...

We had a wonderful stay in this extremely comfortable and very well located beautiful house. Jessica and Jennifer who run the place were professional and the breakfast was just delicious! We hope to come back again soon.

If I had only spent one night there, I would not have been so disappointed but after 4 nights on an uncomfortable low profile bed with very poor futon type mattress, and bad pillows, I decided to write a review. The feeling of this place is that there is an evident lack of management there who changed each day as...

We loved our two night stay in the ground floor apartment, it was incredibly spacious and bright with a large living room for hanging out. The whole building is gorgeous and very well located in the Plateau. We also saw an upstairs room with a lovely view overlooking the park. Our apartment was very peaceful and the organic breakfasts were...

My husband + I loved staying at Casa Bianca. The room was spacious and clean, the location was incredible (across from the park and a short walking distance to tons of great, hip restaurants and shops) and the breakfasts were tasty + healthy. Jen + Jessica are both helpful and sweet. Take a yoga class with Jen! Hike around Mont...

I lived in Montreal for many years, just around the corner from this magical white castle-house, and now when I visit, this is where I go for a peaceful night. This is my favourite spot for a view of the mountain, walking to the best restaurants and shops on the Plateau, peaceful sleeps and delightful hosts! I love Casa Bianca!...

I spent 10 days at Casa Bianca last year in October. My room (ground floor, first on the left) was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and although it was odd to have the bathtub in the same room, it worked well and there was always plenty of hot water. There was no tv set, though, but I was provided with...

My wife and I spent 2 nights at Casa Bianca during a short getaway in December. The location couldn't be better - on the park, right in the heart of the Plateau, and a very short walk to Mile End. Access to the inn and parking couldn't have been easier (there is off street parking available but it's limited and...

I loved the location, allowing me to everywhere. I was shocked at the neglect of the St. Laurent room with bathroom tile peeling, the adjoining door to a laundry room had a very unsecure lock, the breakfasts were not always provided with a welcome smile or tone. One of the staff never cared to have coffee ready when you sat...

Staying in Parc du Mont-Royal

Neighbourhood Profile
Parc du Mont-Royal
Montreal was named for this hilly highland, where the tallest spot in the city overlooks its most extensive parkland. The greenspace of Parc du Mont-Royal is an outdoorsman's dream, with hiking trails and nature walks that cater to every season and level of athlete. In the winter, cross-country skiers, tobogganers, and ice skaters don their equipment by Beaver Lake and its pavilion, while the warmer months bring families and competitors to the pitches of Jeanne-Mance Park for tennis, soccer, football, baseball, volleyball, or a dip in the community pool. A perfect spot for a stroll or a picnic, the forest foliage is dotted with sculpture art and offers views of some of Mont-Royal's oldest edifices, the towering St. Joseph's Oratory and the mausoleums of Notre-Dame-des-Neiges. Home to musical celebrations and twilight snowshoeing alike, visit here to walk, write, rest, think, or just be.

Casa Bianca is Montreal's finest boutique maison d'hote. Located on the park, enjoy spectacular views from the rooms and suites facing Mount Royal. It is just two blocks to St-Laurent Blvd. – "the Main" - and the Plateau, Montreal's cultural heart and its restaurants, cafes, yoga, shopping, music and nightlife.
