love how accessible it is to old Montreal, St. Catherine's street, and Bell Centre. Spent the weekend in Montreal for a concert, relaxation and Canadians hockey game! Our family saying for the weekend was this is "soo good"! Enjoyed the hotel 5-7 reception! This is our go to hotel in Montreal - for work or pleasure.

A very convient hotel if you have a longer term business or leisurely stay in Montreal. The hotel is just across the street from the Place d'Arme metro station in the Congress Centre and a block away from the Notre Dame Cathedral. The one bedroom rooms are quite spacious and nicely decorated. The front desk staff were very helpful and...

My only complaint about his location is how busy the lobby is almost always. Otherwise this is a great location: walking distance to almost everything. We walked from the Bell Center and Old Montreal. The room was very spacious and with a jacuzzi tub. Breakfast was great and the free happy hour was an added perk.

A nice hotel that has quite modern furnishings. The kitchenette had a full size fridge, a dishwasher, large sink, and lots of counter space. The room was a good size but felt a little crowded. My main complaint was the room felt quite dark. Even with all the lights on it felt dark. The bathroom was very large with a...

Location is great, upgraded to a 2 bedroom king suite and it was fabulous. The fireplace did not work but very minor detail. The cocktail reception was crowded so service was slow but they still honoured the complimentary drinks after 7pm. Will stay here again!

We recently stayed overnight on a layover. We found the location great for exploring Old Montreal and very close proximity to many good restaurants. We had a 1 bedroom suite we found clean and very spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable, WiFi strong and reliable. The Happy Hour and complementary breakfast were very nice touches. All in all, a very...

An average to good hotel, stayed there for a month for business. Good quality /price ratio Staff was great, exceptionally pleasant. Breakfast could be better. Bala- breakfast cook- will make you omelets with real eggs but you may have to line up for it. Better yogourt, more fruits and better quality juices and real eggs for the self serving scrambled...

I recently stayed here for a conference that was held at the convention center across the street. You couldn't ask for a better location! We were easily able to walk to the old part of town as well as walk to some of the newer areas. The rooms themselves were huge and the staff was very nice and helpful. The...

First time there, I took one of the premium rooms, which was sensational experience. The view to downtown was formidable and the price about right. Cool to order was good, the only opportunity was the evening management reception which decreases the "Embassy spirit and experience" seen in other many other places. Bartender was so slow and there was extreme confusion...

Staying in Quartier International

Neighbourhood Profile
Quartier International
Designed to connect and beautify unused space, today the Quartier International is like a transversal piece of modern art. The distinctive design flair is most apparent at its focal point, the Palais des Congres, a convention centre and retail space with a multi-coloured glass exterior and an equally bold interior motif. Outdoors too, the Quartier is friendly towards public art exhibits along its stylish, plotted city squares, with extra-wide sidewalks meant to encourage long strolls and shaded benches available for absorbing the atmosphere. Fresh air and promenades characterise the area, from the foliage of Victoria Square to the fountain of Place Jean-Paul Riopelle, while the restaurants along Rue Saint-Antonie Ouest and Metro stops modeled in the Parisian style give off European glamour.
