This is a very affordable hotel. Staff is experienced, friendly and helpful. Romm is large and comfortable. Nice continental breakfast is included. Well located next to major arteries. My favorite hotel in Quebec City.

Great hotel at affordable price. Large rooms, comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is Though out of the center, its location next to the highways makes it easy to get by. It is a no brainer: whenever I go to Quebec City, this is where I stay.

Customer service is very very poor with certain employees, had never experienced the like before. Too bad, it made for a very unpleasant experience at this hotel which otherwise offers an ok breakfast and rooms. We were made to wait unneedingly for several hours and were then given a noisy room. We are nice people, never impolite or impatient, I can...

Concierge Miss Emily was over-the-top professional & very helpful as we poured in during Winter Storm Fortis. Check-in was fast & efficient. I was given a large immaculate Business King right off the Lobby. It was attractively furnished with a desk & chair / a comfortable Living Room chair / round table / flat screen / new bath fixtures with...

Stay here for 2nites. Customer services are nice. Our room very spacey and very updated. Heating and WiFi are superb. Bathroom is new. Carpet is clean and breakfast is available from cereal toast coffee tea juice and fruits. Tim Horton is next door as well as gas station. Carpark has plenty spots. We love it here. We will be back...

Nice room, clean, bed is very comfortable, everything you need. Right beside Tim Horton's and also a Normandin restaurant walking distance. Breakfast is surprising with lots of fruits, nice variety of cereal, bagels, cereal, also cream cheese, peanut butter and cheez whiz so not a FULL breakfast but pretty close! Will go back for sure!

We stay at this hotel for 2 nights and 2 room. We felt warm welcome from the front desk..we thought that they would speak French only as we heard that conservative French in Quebec but not they spoke welcome in English to us. We are appreciated on thier welcome. The room are so nice clean and valuable to the price....

Functional overnight visiting Québec city. Hygiene, beds and room OK. Breakfast leaves a bit to the imagination, distance to Qc Ville just a bit too far as driving there was also getting stuck in a traffic jam. Reception personnel: matter of fact not really pleasant joy-/helpful. French preferred but able to speak English 😃
