Likes: We liked the Stay. The property is ideally located with most of the amenities in the walking reach esp Tim Hortons, Convenience store, Diner and Gas Station.. The property has paid coffee kiosk (2 CAD per coffee), takes covid precautions while checking-in/out guests, front desk staff are friendly and speaks English and French both.
Disliked · A thin line between Excellent and Good was the basic requirement which was not met. Any hotel around the world, cleans the room on daily basis esp during this pandemic situation. We left the room Tag "Please makeup/clean my room" left both the days of our stay but it was not cleaned. I saw cleaning staff, cleaning other rooms but ours were not. Towels should have been replaced, Basic room makeup, sanitization, cleaning of garbage were/are basic needs ranging from any tiniest to star properties.. Else we loved our stay.

We spent a night at the hotel and overall our experience was good. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was not included and there was no direct access from the parking lot to our room, that would have been convenient. However, there was a back door available in addition to the front door access allowing us to get our luggage to the room.

We stayed here just as Covid restrictions were starting to lift. We were in town for a family funeral. There were very few people staying at the hotel. We arrived an hour before check-in and asked if we could access our room to change for the funeral and were told no. This was disappointing. The parking lot was almost empty so we felt pretty sure that a room could have been made available for us to change.
The hotel is conveniently located near the highway and next to a Tim Horton’s. We paid $89 and stayed in an upgraded room in the renovated section. Another family member stayed in the older section and they were disappointed with their room. Mattress and pillow were ok, nothing special Room was clean. We would recommend for a short stay only.

The hotel does not have a housekeeping service, so the rooms and bathrooms are not cleaned during the stay. They don't make the bed, they don't empty the bins, they don't replenish the toilet paper or gels, they don't change the sheets or towels. If we had known this circumstance, of which we were not notified at the time of making the reservation, we would not have booked more than 1 night.
The treatment is quite poor.
The only thing that is not bad is the breakfast.
I do not recommend it.

Looks like the hotel has been recently renovated, but you soon find out that it only for cosmetics.
Service is subpar, a good first indicator of how the management doesn’t care about the place.
Room looked good at first sight, until you settle in. The room lacks soundproofing; on top of being located in an industrial zone, right beside the highway and under the flight path of the airport, you can hear your neighbours. The ventilation system dates from another era, its yellow-brownish colour betraying its age, on top of being extremely noisy and ineffective.
There is no fitted sheet on the mattress, so good luck keeping that thin sheet in place all night.
The bath doesn’t drain properly, so you finish your shower in two inches of your own dirty water, the shower curtain looked used and the washcloths were stained. The low quality shower gel and shampoo in the distributors were clearly watered down.
I would have certainly disregarded a lot of this is this was a cheap motel on the side of the highway or if it was located in the heart of a touristic area, but this hotel is advertised as high-quality and charged $169 for a Sunday night in late September, all while being located far for anything interesting. Not even worth have the price.

Really ordinary, we rent a hotel room we arrive the lady gives us room 400 we fit in a gym bag and shoes are already in the room. We go down again she gives us a room the map does not work. We go down again the lady of the reception comes checked the map the new room was still occupied. Very uneasy situation. Ordinary. First time I see it bad organization like that. since we rent with expediency she can not refund us we end up without room at 8pm in the evening. The lady tells us she was able to room. Zero tries to fix the situation on behalf of the lady of the reception she simply invited us to go elsewhere. We will never do business with this Hotel!!!

Please do not go to this hotel! my total came to 496.28 for 3 nights and upon checking out I noticed that I was charged 732.40. When inquiring about the added charge the lady at the front desk had no idea why I was charged extra. Said it wasn’t a damage deposit that I would be refunded later and denied to tell me what exactly I was being charged for. I contacted Expedia where they said that the hotel admitted it was a system error, however refused to refund me. It has now been well over 2 weeks and every time I contact them regarding a refund they tell me to call back another day because “the manager is not working”. They literally charged extra for no reason & I have now been contacting my credit card company, as Expedia cannot get ahold of any manager either. So please do not go here, they are extremely shady & the staff are incredibly rude. To top it all off the rooms are extremely mediocre and the cleanliness is definitely a 4/10.

For the price you pay I have to say this is a 5star place. Nothing's fancy. King bed, sitting areas, good tv, decent wifi, bathroom is standard - perfectly adequate/ everything works great and plenty of supplies and lighting options and furniture and their bath soap is better than many places where you pay more (those little things are important too😂). I thought both the nighttime receptionist and the day time were simply very good at their jobs and had great personalities. Each of them had just a little bit of spice delivered with a wry smile👌; perfectly charming. Everything was clean. There's free decent coffee in the lobby 24/7 that you can take to your room or if you don't feel like leaving your room for coffee you've got a little keurig set up of even better coffee that's quite sensibly a little extra 2$ or something. Pillows were great. I will definitely stay here again.

This review is to acknowledge the courtesy and cheerfulness of the hotel front desk staff during my stay there while on a bus tour from Pennsylvania USA. My special thanks to Flavia who personally made sure my postcards were posted in the Canadian mail. Merci beaucoup.

This hotel is dirty!! When we arrived there was and the bed sheets were soiled. The front desk was rude about having someone provide clean sheets. Very disappointing. We have never had worse service or stayed in a dirtier facility. There were no apologies or even a room reimbursement

I believe it to be about 8 miles or 14.8 kilometers
The Airport Hotel Guide website states it is 3.3 miles from YQB.
I drove there in a rental car. I didn't take any taxis.
The 1st Day I fought traffic & drove to the Hilton Garage, then walked a ways in freezing temps to the Chateau Frontenac area. The charge to park for only 4 hours was $20.
Next day I hired UBER to the Chateau Frontenac & stayed all day through Dinner. Distance was 9.3 miles, which took 28 min. in traffic, & the charge was $23 (each way).
That is the only "comparison" I am able to give you.
Yes in the right of the road...
It is 12 kilometres from the hotel to the cruise port which in a taxi should cost about CDN$29 including tip.
