Elizabeth was friendly and helpful, everything was super clean and had a great atmosphere. We stayed on the top floor so it was quite hot. Fortunately the bedrooms have air conditioning units which sufficiently cool, but are quite noisy and one of them won't last the night without needing to be emptied of water. There is quite a bit of bus and vehicle noise at night in the front bedroom, which is somewhat drowned out by the white noise of the air conditioning unit.

Ms. Elizabeth was fantastic! Her breakfasts were absolutely delicious and her service was spectacular. She's very knowledgeable about the city and gave us all of the maps with the points of interest highlighted and discussed how long everything would take. Her dog is also very sweet. The rooms were excellent. We stayed in room 2, which has the queen size bed. it also has a lovely little sitting area in it. I loved the attached bathroom with the green tiles. Overall, it was a lovely stay and I wish I had been able to stay longer.

Amazingly clean, spacious and convenient to the use of a vehicle, bus and walking. The available parking on site is a major plus. Throughout our visit, be it day or night we felt safe and secure. We have had many visits to Quebec City and have yet to stay twice at the same location. La Victorienne Urbaine would now be the sought after location....very happy we found it. Highly recommended! Also, check out the Argentine Tango studio 2 blocks east. The instructor “Claude” must be met and you should seriously book a few hours of his time to benefit from his experience. We did for 3 days straight and will return when we next visit Quebec City.

This place deserves all its stars. It is a lovely house with three rental rooms and a large central living/dining area. The owner, Elizabeth, is helpful and informative. She is totally bilingual and very travel savvy. Elizabeth goes all out on breakfast, to say the least. The food is delicious and nicely presented, though it proved to be more breakfast than we would ever wish to eat. We wished there had been more choice over selections and portion sizes.

Small, private place which was delightful. Rooms are comfortable, clean and attractive. Bathroom is small, but functional and private. Breakfast is amazing. Fresh smoothies, fruit and a hot dish, accompanied by fresh bread, fruit preserves and butter. In dry weather (which we didn't have) there is also a sheltered patio for relaxing. Elizabeth is a wonderful host; very knowledgeable and full of information on things to do and where to visit.

The house is beautiful. Our room was spotless, with private ensuite and comfortable bed. Our hostess Elizabeth was very friendly and knowledge about Quebec City. After check in she sat down with us with a map and showed us all the places to visit and suggested some great restaurants. She also showed us the bus route to use. We decided to walk into the old city (about 1/2 hour) and took one bus home which was quick and easy. Walking in was nice as we saw areas we otherwise would not have. We stayed 2 nights and both breakfasts were homemade and delicious. We really enjoyed chatting with Elizabeth and her dog Maggie is adorable.

Although a little out of the way, this comfortable B&B is an excellent place to explore Quebec City and the surrounding area from. Elisabeth treats you like family ensuring that your needs are met and you have the required information to make your Quebec experience great. The bedrooms are roomy, the beds comfortable and all rooms are very clean. The homemade breakfasts are very good especially the bread. Internet is available as are TVs. Elisabeth is wealth of information and can help you find the sites and restaurants that make your Quebec holiday a unique experience. Parking is available.

This B & B well deserves all the stars it has earned. The house is gorgeous, comfortable and clean. There are three rooms with private baths. We had a wonderful tub which was great after days of walking the city. Elisabeth, the host, is totally bilingual, travel savvy, and very helpful in helping you find things in QC that suit you. Elisabeth goes all out on her breakfasts, to say the least. Every breakfast is a creative and beautifully presented three-course meal. We never eat that much at breakfast, so it would have worked better if we had more choice over portion size. As it was, we over-ate, then walked it off. This was one of the nicest places we've ever found.
