We had a 4 night stay at the Port Royal with our toddler. Upon arrival we were a bit confused by the car park because there was hardly any space to park and no-one was there to help us with bags as expected from the info we received upon booking. The car park is very tight so we didn't want...

Thank you for your comments which help us to always improve our service. Rest assured that we will take this into account. The parking at the door of the hotel is large enough for all our guests, however it is true that in winter with the snow the space is a little diminished. As for the noise of the snowplows,...

Nicely located in the lower part of Vieux Québec on the waterfront. Check in was fast and the staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is on site. The room was beautiful in rustic decor. We could hear the people walking above however. Spacious apartment style room with separate bedroom and kitchen. Pub is very nice. We got a deal with...

We just returned home from our 3rd stay in 3 years. Everything went smoothly from the reservation process to check out. Its always better to book through the hotel directly as they seem to match the rates available on travel zoo, kayak etc... The hotel lobby is always clean (not easy to keep floors clean in winter) as are the rooms....

We visited Quebec city during December to experience the christmas festivities and stayed at Port Royal for a couple of nights. The hotel is very well placed and is a 5 minute walk from Old Quebec. It is one of the few hotels with decent parking availability and proximity to sights and attractions the wonderful city has to offer. Staff...

We picked this hotel because of its location. It is close to all the places we wanted to wander around, and we were able to walk to it from the train station. Our room was quite nice. It was spacious, had a king bed and a small kitchen. The only problem was that it faced a fairly busy street with...

Dear kolohe280 Thank you for your great comments. Your comments on the service at the pub will be reviewed very seriously. All our guests are welcome at the pub and we are pleased to offer them a welcome cocktail, which happens to be the cocktail port Royal, made with cider and cream, really delicious As well, for the noise in...

We returned to this hotel after a great visit experience a few years ago, and even requested to have the same room; a request that was acknowledged. Unfortunately the requested room was not available upon our arrival. What we hoped to have in the room with nice stone walls with a cozy feel, and a bathroom with a bathtub, we...

Dear domhnall_kaps Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. During the month of February, we renovated our rooms, and I am sorry to read that these changes did not agree with you. However we still have our old rooms with stone walls and old charm. We would be delighted to welcome you back to one...

The rooms are spacious and very modern decor. Great rates in the winter and I'll definitely come back. The location is prime and close to lots of great places to visit. The farmers market is a few blocks away. Rooms equipped with kitchens as well.

Clean, safe, modern hotel. Excellent value. Staff polite and helpful (and bilingual.) Perfect location on edge of Old Town and near the market as well. Our new place to stay! A nice pet friendly hotel. Clean, modern, with kitchen. Parking 25 Canadian/day. When checking in they give you a coupon for a free drink (drink of the day) at the bar.
