My husband and I recently spent a long weekend in Quebec City. As we did not have a car, our intention was to walk the city, exploring restaurants, shops, neighbourhoods and learn more of the history. This B&B was in the perfect location for us. Very close to many great restaurants and shopping and steps away from St. John's Gate....

A very comfortable room and delicious breakfasts. The location of this B & B is convenient to parking and Quebec City. You drop off your luggage and park your car 2 blocks away in a covered garage. This is the way you do it in Quebec City, you walk everywhere. There were two choices each morning, omelets or pancakes. The...

Perfect location, on a quiet side street, yet close to all sights, shops and fabulous places to eat. Our hosts were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Their historic home was impeccably clean with comfortable beds. Lovely back deck off second floor that is perfect for relaxing. Very private and quiet. The breakfasts were out of this world delicious, don't miss them!

As 2 middle-aged sisters visiting Old Quebec City, we certainly picked the most fantastic bed and breakfast in town for our 5 night stay. Our journey started with an inspiring, uphill walk each pulling a carry-on suitcase only from the bus station, an easy 20 minute walk. We quickly discovered the location was perfect for all of the sights, tours,...

You will not find a better place to stay in Quebec. The hosts were helpful and polite. Fantastic breakfast. Great location. Super clean. Quite. We had to be on the road very early and they made a special effort to leave a cold breakfast for us which was yummy. Really a wonderful place to stay.

My wife, my two college age kids and I went to QC for 4 days and stayed here. The location is perfect, on a quiet side street off of a main street with lots of shops and restaurants. We stayed in the Whale room, with two queens and a fold out couch. It was 90 degrees one day, but the...

We spent 2 nights in Quebec City and Le Coureur des Bois was a perfect choice. Very well located, just few minutes from the Castel and La Citadelle. Amazing breakfast prepared at the moment and always with a selection between two dishes (for example Salmon omelette or french toasts, both delicious!). The room are quite modern and have all you...

We stayed here for 3 nights and the location couldn't be better in the old city. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in the old city which is great since parking anywhere in the old city is a challenge and we didn't have a car. The accommodations were very comfortable and the house is very clean...

Thanks A lot to take time to write a nice review. Effectively we must continue to work! but during the high season (Which is starting in June), we stay at full time in our B&B and sometimes we exchange around a cup of coffe until 11 AM ! Of course Quebec city is a very nice city with a lot...

Very well situated with the old walled city of Quebec and within easy walking distance of good restaurants, shops and the main sites. Friendly bilingual owners with good advice about restaurants, etc. Room was clean and comfortable although the shower room was rather compact. Homemade breakfast served in the dining room at a large communal table. Quests had access to...

We are just back from a wonderful stay at Le Coureur des Bois. Nicole and Claude were very gracious hosts. Our rooms were on the first floor which was nice after a long day out. No shoes or boots allowed on the hardwood floors, but slippers are provided. Lovely room "Moose" with a queen bed and plenty of storage for...
