This hotel couldn't be in a better location. We were in the heart of the city, directly across from the Chateau de Frontenac and steps from the "Break Neck" staircase down to the Lower City. Plus, we were two or three doors down from the Tourist Office, so if you were going on a walking tour, or to schedule any...

we recently returned from a 3 night stay here. Location can't be beat especially if you are carless! Everything right outside your door. We had the meal plan so our breakfasts were included. They were delicious!!highly recommend. The dining room is very nicely decorated and must have recently been upgraded. Very charming! But you do have to carry your suitcase...

This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the Old City. It is across Chateau de Frontenac. The 1640 Restaurant located at the Ground Floor serves excellent food and reasonably priced. Presentation of food was also such a delight. Arrived early and though receptionist seems hesitant to even check our booking confirmation sheet because it wasn't time to check in...

Great value in the heart of old Quebec City directly opposite the Chateau Frontenac. Perfect position for a short stay to explore the city. We dined in the restaurant and the food was delicious and the service excellent. Would definitely recommend this. Excellent to have free WiFi.

I booked the Auberge du Tresor at the last minute. The rates were low and the location was perfect. Located across the street from the Chateau and in the heart of the Old City, you could not ask for a better small hotel. Dining was excellent as the bar maid makes a perfect martini and can pick out a perfect...

My mother and I stayed here for three nights after I attended a conference at the convention center. First of all, they made it very easy for me to bring my bags from my previous hotel and store them until later on when I could check in. The front desk closes at 10 pm but the overnight staff person sleeps...

This was our first visit to Quebec City and I selected this hotel based upon trip advisor reviews. The location is perfect and our room was comfortable. We stayed in room 29 with a view of the square and Chateau Frontenac and loved the modern shower. This is a boutique hotel with no amenities in the room such as coffee...

This is our 2nd visit to Quebec City and our 2nd stay at this Auberge. Wouldn't even think of staying anywhere else. To walk out of this hotel in the early morning is wonderful. It's peaceful and picturesque with the park & the Chateau Frontenac in your sight...and then it becomes the center of all activity throughout the day &...

This is a very nice boutique hotel in the middle of Old Quebec city. The park is right across the road. We took the train from Ontario and everything was close enough to walk to. Shopping, restaurants, tours, Petit le champlain, the St. Lawrence seaway and the cruise ships! The horse and buggy tours were right out front as well...

Location, location, location. You can't get better! Across the street from the Chateau Frontenac, in the middle of patios, bars and restaurants. Was concerned at first being right by the 2nd floor lobby /stairs and overlooking the street patio. No worries as it was quiet as can be. Helpful staff and their patio perfect for people watching.
