Very basic hotel with big prices that just dont do it justice. Disappointed of room, ac hadto be regulated by bell boys after calling front desk 2x, service attidtude at front desk was very non chalant, there was no chairs in the room, and half the towels missing for a 4 person visit with 2 queen size beds, pics on website look clean and chic but actuality a little old and run down. Busy , loud and small pool, no drinking water. There was a microwave in the room and bell boys were kind enough to bring a kettle to boil water. It is strategically placed right in front of laurier shopping center witha walmart and grocery s open till 9 pm. Made the best of it but, Would not stay here again at 260$ for 1 night.

Could have been 5 but I could not rate higher than 4. Stayed there 10 days since I was invited prof. at Laval University. In those 10 nights the room was clean 1 time. Garbage was accumulating and the garbage place were stored in my floor. Ask the reception about this and was informed that due Covid the room would be clean at each 5 days. Does not make much sense this policy, particularly when the clean lady’s where cleaning rooms without masks even in public places where is mandatory. Concerning the garbage they told me to go to the 7th floor (was at 8) and guess was closed also. So it was a nice walk with garbage around the hotel. Finally they said to leave garbage at the room door and someone would pick it. And they did that. Not happy about this rate since the room was great, with all amenities and the staff at the reception was very friendly. In summary, need to rethink the clean policy. Before Quebec city I stayed 7 days in Montreal and the room was clean every 2 days with all safety cares and to the best of my knowledge no one got sick.

We took the room with kitchenette given that we were on family. It smelled like an old mixture with a smell of food. I bought a plug in to camouflage the smell a little. The location is however perfect for those who like to shop. There is a pool for small families and two good restaurants: Cosmos and shogun sushi. The bed was rather soft , there was only one controller for both TVs and only 1 chair in the room. This is a good hotel if you do not pay too much.

We took a two-day stay for my girlfriend’s party , however our stay was very unpleasant...we arrived at the room we were located on the 9th floor , when we arrived there were orange stained towels, black spots staining...we found a baby in the bathroom, my sister who took a room next to ours with two children 4 years and 9 years , the window does not this edge as well as there is no mosquito net to protect the height .... at 3:30 in the morning there were people running upstairs , who screamed as I came to this Inn to have peace with my
Girlfriend... the lan tomorrow morning in the same place another baby in the bathroom .... We were about to leave our stay , so I leaned under the bed to see if we had forgotten anything , I found hair , a ball of tissue paper that leaves to desired... sincerely our stay was painful , no part of fun! When we left , our deposit of $150 was going to go back into our bank account , however we recharged another $150 , I phoned to get the $300 Award in total in my account but no valid reason was justified, which I have to call back tomorrow and they do not know the reason. Be careful... a Pension room that stays at desired and especially look at your bank account because we could never have seen it! Still waiting to be refunded the $300

Extremely dirty run down room upon arrival , squeey bed ++ and all . The evening staff said they had no time for us as he was too busy when we requested to speak to a manger about the situation. The light doesn't work in the room the floor wasn't swept it was very very dirty.hair in the bed and on the toilet seats . I bought lysol and cleaned everything myself even the questionable stains on the rough shaped white leather chairs with tears .I was so surprised so I took pictures since the night managver told my husband to go away he's to busy. For the price I paid I'm not at all impressed. ⁸Will definitely inform our hockey manager.

I have never experienced anything like this. The room was filthy. Chewing gum jammed into the keyhole of the bathroom, hairy used soap in the bathroom, a smoke detector that had been ripped out of the ceiling with loose hanging wires, with the smoke detector left on the table. And that was just the beginning. On the floor next to the bed there was a bloody used needle/syringe that looked like it had been used for heroine. On the balcony someone had left wooden boards with rusty nails sticking upwards. I could not believe what I was seeing. The balcony was unlit and we checked in at night, not knowing the dangers in the room. My wife walked onto the balcony and stepped on the nail board. We spent the night in the ER. And what was most unbelievable was that someone had actually made up the room before we arrived. They neatly made the bed and cleaned the sink, but not the shower, and they left the hazards everywhere. I carefully picked up the bloody syringe from the ground and brought this down to the supervisor/manager. I did not find this until the next morning. I was furious, as we were there with our 4 children, and I felt that their safety had been jeopardized. The supervisor actually told me not to be rude, and that I should be glad she was helping out at all. I asked for the contact information of the hotel owner so that I could tell them about how their hotel was being managed. They declined to share this information. I am contacting a lawyer after our stay here. If you value the safety and well being of your family, stay away. I will attach photos to verify what I wrote here.

Good day Mr. David, Thank you for bringing this situation to our attention. We are aware of this event since you discussed with our manager on site on Saturday when you left. We took the time to meet with the different departments to see this event and make sure to take steps in order for this type of situation never to happen again. We are deeply sorry for this experience. It is definitely not in our standards, and we took this issue very seriously. We understand how scary this must have been for you and your family. It was the least that we could have done to refund your entire stay at the hotel upon your check out Again, we are very sorry this happened. We are aware that this situation should’ve never happened. We can always be contacted by phone if you would like to discuss further. Please ask for Mrs. Annie April, operations manager. Best regards,

A small problem with the 1st room that was allocated to us, very quick change for the spacious and clean 1114. 3 large shopping malls right next door where we find EVERYTHING, very useful for our daughter who was settling. Bus stop on leaving the Pension, many rotations of several buses: 11 - 800 - 801 ... (about 30 minutes from Old Quebec). No breakfast is a shame. Swimming pool small but nice after our long days of visit, towels available, it lacks a cabin to change. Smiling welcome, professional, always kind, of extreme kindness special mention to Cerise and the young man from Rouen whose name I forgot really sorry.

Hotel was a “preferred” hotel for a national sporting event. Rooms are hot due to unseasonably warm weather and hotel REFUSES to turn on the air conditioning in spite of many requests made by and for the athletes. Hallways dark. Elevators slow and busy. Would not recommend.

Very disappointed. Had to change rooms numerous times on check-in because of tobacco smell.
Was reassured on booking all smoke free.
They try to disguise the smell with a spray which disappeared in 24 hours.

Stayed away as much as possible from the room only to sleep.
I also requested cream for coffee instead of outdated powder but he told me to go across the street to the store for cream.
They have the honour of being the first place to tell us this especially when hotel had a restaurant inside.

Not even worth a 1 for a review.

If you are not comfortable leaving them on/in your car (in the parking garage), then I cannot see it being an issue. The elevator is large enough, and the room is more than large enough not to be a hindrance or to even notice.
