The location is as good as it can be, great spot to explore the Vieux Québec by foot, this would be the highlight of this hotel. Decor is indeed modern and well-renovated, we got exactly what we could expect from the pictures. Yes, the stairs at the entrance are a bit annoying, valet was not the most efficient, but nothing...

A very nice hotel, well situated in the Old City. The standard rooms are small but very nice with adequate space for storage. The beds are very comfortable. We were on an upper floor (6th) and it was very quiet with a nice view. We thought it was a good value for the money. The staff are extremely helpful with...

Québec City is our fourth stop on our Canadian trip in Oct. so far we loved every hotel stayed until we checked in this Manoir. It was a big disappointment from the exterior look to the uncaring and unhelpful staff( we had to carry our bags from the ground floor to the check in counter because there is no elevator)....

Walking distance of everything in old quebec. Spacious rooms, valet parking and numerous restaurants, pubs and shops nearby. Free wifi, nice pool and affordable price! The hôtel itself is old and has a cachet, but the rooms are moderns and well equipped.

We did not get the room that we requested which was a concern. However Nikolas at the front desk resolved our issue. Our room was very clean, modern and very comfortable. The hotel is in a very good location. Close to all the highlights in Old Quebec. We were always greeted by the very friendly staff. The only disadvantage for...

Spacious, clean, modern rooms with large bathrooms, complimentary Keurig coffee in room, fast elevators, fabulous location, responsive AC/heating, & very quiet. All 6 of us were very pleased with our 3 rooms.

Lovely looking hotel, quite unpleasant and unhelpful staff. Lovely looking room with absolutely no storage space and no space to even hang a towel in the bathroom Main entrance - steep steps, go through the restaurant - much easier and great fun as it really annoys the surly restaurant staff!! Everything about the hotel suggests quality, style and elegance, unfortunately...

This was our second stay at Hotel Manoir Victoria. Our recently renovated room was very comfortable with a great view of the city. Service provided by the front desk, valet parking and bellman was exceptional. We had dinner at Chez Boulay. Both food and service were excellent. Wonderful hotel in a great location.

Very nice hotel in old Quebec City. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. About a 15 minute uphill walk to the Chateau Frontenac. The only negative is the 24 steps from the street up to the lobby. Porters are available to carry your luggage. Staff speaks English. This is an older hotel. Some of the corridors go around lots of...

Stayed here for 3 nights in October 2016. Picked this hotel based on price and ended up really appreciating it. Be aware when you arrive there is a flight of stairs to get to the lobby. The staff quickly offered us help with our luggage but we declined. The hotel is centrally located. At first I didn't think it had...
