I don't think so, you need to buy the package ice hotel. Not the lifts for snow rides, but still expensive for just a drink.

Yes I am pretty sure you do. You can make reservations on their website. Unfortunately Trip Advisor does not allow me to post website links. Just Google search Hotel De Glace :)
