Constantine, the indubitable front desk person made our stay in Quebec City. His greeting, advice and attention to details set the tone for our visit; GREAT!!! We met the owner and his upgrades will make this place even better.

I had initially booked for the economic room, but once I got there, I just gave up. It was so small that was almost claustrophobic... Asked for an upgrade right away, which price was ok, once it was empty, but they said that usually that room costs ever CAD130/night plus taxes in low season. I'm not sure if it's worth...

What a lovely location and comfortable hotel! It was clean with great beds and view out the windows...on a side street so quiet at night. The staff was very friendly and accommodating...it was a perfect place to explore the city where 3 generations of our family were born. We would come back here again for sure!

We stayed at this Hotel for 1 night, its perfectly located in central old town, they offer free parking two easy blocks away. Friendly service in English which was much appreciated! Only some rooms have breakfast included... I'd recommend l'omelette a few blocks away! :) The rooms were neat and bed very comfortable, bathroom/shower very new and clean.

Let's start here: this is a 2 star hotel. I've traveled in Europe and stayed at my fair share of 2 star hotels and this is far better than those. We were on the 3rd floor (walk-up) and were pleasantly surprised. While the room was small (it is an old building in an old city) the furnishings were relatively new...

Stay away from this hotel!!! When I reached Quebec City at around 10 PM, I was asked to take the room in this hotel instead of the one we had booked because the hotel said they did not have a room to accommodate my two young kids. So, we moved to Hotel Au Jardin du Gouverneur with an additional fee...

We wanted to find a hotel that was clean, comfortable, and most important, affordable, in a great location in the old city. This hotel was all that. Constantine, the manager, was friendly and accommodating. That's a hectic job, but he does it well. A continental breakfast was included with our room price. Pastries were fresh. Coffee was good. You can...

Stayed in this charming hotel during a conference. We had a bit of a mix up with picking up our keys (late arrival) but it turned out that it was a miscommunication with my colleagues, hotel was not at fault but did their very best to remedy the situation and get us into a nice room. Our room was spacious...

This small boutique hotel is near all the action in the Old Town of Quebec City. It is friendly, clean, personable, comfortable and affordable. There is a park across the street and the grand Chateau Frontenac next door. It is close to many restraints, tourist activities, shops, hop on hop off bus, and tourist information office.
