The location is very good, everything about the hotel is good except that their parking lot was under renovation so waiting 20-30 minutes to get your car every time was annoying, and the swimming pool was closed too. My company booked us, so I can't say if it was made clear that those 2 problems would affect our stay prior...

The rooms are good sized and clean. Friendly staff. Neat wine dispenser downstairs in main lobby. Nice little convenience store on site. The hot tub was fine- out doors but not fancy. Pool seemed average sized.

We stayed at the Chateau Laurier over New Year's Eve. It was the perfect location to take in Old Quebec and to participate in the New Years winter fair on the Grande Allée. The staff was very cordial and helpful. Our shower handle fell off and they had a polite repair person to our room to fix it within a...

I tend to avoid places that are talked up as luxurious as I find them a bit stuffy so I expected a standard 3 star type accommodation here, but that was about the last thing I got. The bathroom was luxurious, great colour palette, the bed was firm, great facilities, lovely pool, great restaurants nearby, wonderful location. I have to...

The hotel room was average with a view over the courtyard. While there they were getting the ice skating ready. The room was clean and fresh but a little dark. It was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The St affordable were all pleasant, professional and friendly.

I stayed at this hotel for about 4 nights for a small convention I was attending. The Convention was also held at this hotel. I was truly impressed! I loved everything about this hotel from the location, to the beds, to the bars and restaurants...everything was superb! Even the catered buffet style meals that were laid out for us at...

I stayed here recently for 3 nights and everything was perfect. All the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and well equipped. My stayed coincided with record cold temperatures and so I didn't walk around the neighborhood much but there were plenty of places to eat nearby, and on a normal winter day the walk to the...

This is actually a really good hotel. Sadly I was only there from 11pm yesterday until 9am today so perhaps I'm not in a great position to advise but there are a few things worth noting. The staff were extremely friendly, knowledgable and efficient. Full marks to the night receptionist and the team at check out in the morning. The...

Bonjour alastairaideen56, Thank you for your constructive feedback. The soap dispensers are a tangible action from our Eco responsible policy. The quality of the soap, shampoo and conditioner are of high standards, handmade locally. The selection of wine in the dispenser go up to $ 7 a glass, wine prices in the Province of Quebec are heavily taxed, which influence...

My purpose was a reunion of some former military friends and the organisers could not have selected a better place. The hotel was superb, staff attentive and helpful. Location could not be better as it is surrounded by wonderful restaurants with a French flavour. As for Quebec City, that went to the top of my list. A wonderful five days...
