Yes this is a 4 star but only just. Situation is great, 5 mins walk to Old part of CIty with easy parking round the corner (not easy In this City). Swimming pools very small and highly chlorinated. Reception staff and Concierge staff lovely, very friendly and helpful. Restaurants for breakfast in Grand Allee very close and I would recommend...

This hotel is in a great location, right outside the wall of Quebec City. We enjoyed the romance package that the hotel offers for our honeymoon which includes a couples massage, carriage ride, complimentary port wine and chocolates as well as 3 breakfasts and 2 dinners at local restaurants! The room was very quiet, comfy bed, great view. It was...

Having arrived from Montreal at lunch time to be told that our room wasn't ready, was fair enough but to be met with a shrug of shoulders and a 'I don't know' when we asked when would a room be available wasn't the best start. I had already read all the reviews, so knew not to accept a room on Grand Allee, which is very noisy. Our room was in the renovated wing overlooking the park, and it was flawless. We had to pay an "upgrade fee" of $30.00, but it was totally worth it. The staff are professional, polite, and the hotel is situated...
