We stayed for three nights. We were greeted by Michelle, who worked the front desk. Over the next couple of days, Michelle was so very helpful with directions, dinner reservations, and general suggestions for sightseeing in Old Quebec. We sincerely hope that the hotel management values her contributions as much as we did. The location of the hotel was perfect...

My husband and I stayed at l'Hôtel du Vieux-Québec for our third time from July 10-13. This time, we tried the smallest room which was still very charming & comfortable. The only thing missing was a full-length mirror. The bathroom is large and the showerhead offers great water pressure. Our room was the only room with a balcony : room...

Reception clerks were very friendly and accommodating. On a rainy day they have a big video library if you're not up for more sightseeing (or umbrellas if you are!), and a great espresso machine in the lounge area. Charming old rooms with exposed brick walls. Breakfast basket was tasty, but I did wind up eating more than my daily croissant...

My husband and I had a 2 night get away to Quebec City. We chose this hotel as it's right in the old city within walking distance to many sightseeing activities and is an eco-friendly hotel. We were so impressed by the charm and the character of this hotel! The location is fabulous and we were treated very nicely. The...

Exceeded our expectations. The rooms were comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. The location couldn't have been better. We loved the help yourself cappuccino machine, as well. The parking is a little tricky but doable. French not needed but appreciated

Great hotel. Pierrot and the rest of front desk personnel made us feel so welcome. Great rooms and amenities. Beautiful, convenient location, very friendly staff everywhere. Great restaurant downstairs in the building. So accommodating! Kids loved the suitcases that breakfast is delivered in! Worth the prices. We stayed for 2 summer nights June 27-28, 2015. Great city tour with Sandrine...

We absolutely loved this hotel. Our top floor rooms were very nice and well designed given the abnormal shapes. Reasons we will definitely come back: - Breakfast baskets on the door in the morning if you book through the hotel site. Slightly different each day, more than enough food and if you have a family, a good room downstairs to...

We couldn't have picked a better hotel during our 3-day visit to Quebec City. The hotel was well located (right on Saint Jean..tons of restaurants and shops), an easy walk to any of the attractions. Parking was easy at the nearby City Hall underground lot at the price listed on the Expedia site with in/out privilege. Front desk staffs were...

Everyone at the Hotel was very friendly and helpful, thank you all. Marie Eve was especially kind and very helpful. We loved our experience in old Quebec, from the Fununculair to the sights of Mont Morrency Falls. The food was by far the best we have ever had while on vacation. The fact the items for sale in the area...
