I really must begin with the level of service we received from Hotel Priori. Every employee greeted us with a big smile and a “bonjour!” The hotel is spotless. It has a very nice continental breakfast room which opens each morning with a wonderful assortment of breakfast items. We had a suite, which was absolutely wonderful. A large TV area with 2 chairs, king bed and bathroom with wonderful shower with rainfall shower head and a self cleaning jacuzzi bathtub. We did have a small event that can be chalked up to human error. I will just say that the hotel handled our problem perfectly and profusely apologized. Everybody makes mistakes. It’s how you handle your customer afterwards that separates the great hotels from the average. Hotel Priori is a great hotel. We will definitely stay here again during future visits to Quebec City. Many thanks for a great 3 nights!

We had a fantastic 3 nights at Le Priori, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and the room and location were perfect. Also excellent breakfast to start a day of skiing or exploring. Do note that parking is off-site in a covered garage, so don't head up there with a top case on the car like we almost did

This was a nice small European-style hotel within easy walking distance of the lower Old Town as well as Upper - the latter if you're willing to climb steps or ride the funicular. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff very attentive. Parking is nearby by foot, and easy to find once you've figured out the streets. I hope to return in the future!

This hotel is a gem. We stayed in a suite with our 2 adult children and had so much space. The included continental breakfast was great to start the morning and much appreciated. We also stayed 2 nights at Chateau Frontenac and would choose to stay at the Hotel Le Priori the entire time on our next vacation.

This is the second time we have stayed at Hotel Le Priori. The staff is kind and friendly and the ambiance is lovely.
