A most wonderful place to stay and visit. Staff very courteous, location couldn't be better. Room was clean and neat. (Apparently I need to use 200 words,so), great, great, great, great, perfect, perfect) P.S. A strange rule, BTW.

Our stay at Le Manoir d'Autueil was excellent. Linda was very attentive and hospitable as were Vanessa and the other associates we interacted with during our stay. The hotel was very nice, all of the people were gracious, and the junior suite we stayed in was also well-appointed and spacious. The hotel is very boutique-like, which we really enjoyed because...

Bonjour Craig and Lori, Thank you for your review. I remember, we spoke about the pillows, and thank you for noticing. Our mattresses, pillows and bedding are similar to what you would find in the higher end brand hotels. We really believe a comfortable bed is critical to a good sleep. It was an absolute pleasure meeting you both and...

It was the perfect location for everything we wanted to do. It is within walking distance to the many, many choices of excellent restaurants, museums, shopping, beautiful parks. I agree with another comment that the entire staff was exceptional... they made us feel right at home when we stepped in the door. The breakfast croissant choices were as good as...

Le Manoir is beautifully situated, just within and overlooking the walls of the old town. It is small and intimate, with furnishings that fit the late 19th Century period, but with modern conveniences like a good size flatscreen TV. Not that you will spend much time watching this, as you are sure to be drawn out by the many excellent...

Bonjour Alex, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. I am particulary glad you tried our croissants! We are indeed a small and intimate hotel, and the building dates to 1835. I find the small hotels in the historic buildings, some of the true treasures of Old Quebec. That really is what travellers come to...

My husband and I were in Quebec City for three days this June and had a wonderful stay at the Manoir D'Auteuil. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable and we had a lovely view of the city walls. The staff were truly amazing offering us great suggestions for where to go, what to eat, things to see and do....

Bonjour Mme. Jennifer, Thank you for reviewing your stay. Given that the Manoir d'Auteuil was originally the private residence of Quebec City's first sherrif in 1835, each room varies in size and ambiance. Our deluxe king rooms and junior suites are very spacious, and the classique queen rooms and european rooms vary in size, from small and cozy to fairly...

The staff at Hotel Manoir D'Auteuil provide exceptional service - they make you feel welcome from the moment of your arrival until you leave to return home. Our room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The location is great; the hotel is close to the Citadel, the walls of Old Quebec City, to rue Saint Jean, and to most everything else...

Excellent location for visiting the old City of Quebec. Very friendly and well informed staff. Would stay here again with no second thoughts. Rooms very cozy and clean. Valet service well worth it. Nice outside terrace to enjoy your breakfast or a drink from their bar.

Bonjour M. G. Thank you for taking a moment to review your stay with us. The valet service is something new for us this year, and I am glad to hear it worked well for you.
