Stayed for 1 weekend night at end of March. Reserved room with 2 queen beds and the room was on main floor facing east (front), so quiet as other side faces a highway. Bathroom is on small side, shower and toilet, as the sink and mirror are located outside, however no issues for me,or my kids, so no big deal. Close to restaurants and easy access to highway. Plenty of free parking so a good thing. Did not try the restaurant at hotel, but it is close to many others in the area. Check in and out was done quickly. Would definitively look into staying at this hotel again on my next trip to Quebec City.

The Greeting was reat - The lady at the Reception Desk did everything right - Room was ok, nothing special, 2 beds, a tiny TV (32", which is obsolete at the end of 2021 - Minimum size should be 55" in this day and age!), and just the basics, which were ok. What I did not like was that there is absolutely no way (unless I missed something!) to control the heat - Thermostat on the wall, Panel (?) on the Unit, Switch... Not possible. Not even possible to open the window (Either frozen or locked), which made us spend the night in a way-too-hot environment for us (we like to sleep at 17, 18 - It was 25 in the Room!). On the good side, it was not noisy at all. Breakfast at $12.50 per person the next morning was good but not terrific - Tip was included, which made it a good value but the choice is very limited. At $175 taxes included, I was expecting a much better value.

Dear Steff68, we are sorry that your stay didn't meet your expectations. It's possible to control the heat from the thermostat on the wall. Did you report the situation at the front desk? Maybe the thermostat was in trouble? I would like to talk with you directly of this situation. Don't hesitate to reach me at 418-653-4941 or by email m.nadeau@hotelsepia.ca. Regards

Highly recommended. Very reasonably price. Rooms completely renovated. Thank you Chloe at the front desk for your help. We were looking for a decent hotel near one of our friend’s house. We could not believe this hotel is 30 years old. It looks brand new.

I am experiencing the worst hotel staying in my life with my family. First of all the checking in took longer than usual for no reasons, then I get surprised with a bathroom without any shampoo and body wash . Surprises wasn't stop at this point and I trying to make a coffee but, the box was empty.. no tea no coffee.. I said Ok.. the room service wasn't paying attention enough for some reason and I went to the front desk and I got shampoo and coffee and tea.. Now we are in a cold room because the A/C not working. They said at this time we cannot do anything and borrowed me a little heater with too much noise.. It's almost midnight and still I am awake and dealing with problems. If you are looking for peace and rest don't come to hotel sepia Québec. Don't believe the add pics Even one dollar is too much for a night at this hotel I don't recommend this hotel

Dear Mister Ahmad, Thank you for taking the time to share with us your comments on your recent stay in our establishment. We are sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. Follow-up will be done with our housekeeping team for lack of coffee. As, for the A/C, it is only air conditionner so it is normal it would only be cold. Since, we are during the summer our heating system is off. You can reach me to discuss of this situation at 418-653-4941. Regards
