I came to Quebec with 3 friends. The hotel was the highlight of our visit from the comfortable rooms, spacious bathrooms and warm atmosphere. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We especially loved the small rooms off the bar that we could use to have a drink and chat privately when we were exhausted after our day of...

This five star hotel is in a perfect location in the old city. The service from the second we arrived was outstanding, the food is wonderful, the ambiance is terrific and the rooms are well appointed. It is a must to book this hotel!

My husband and I stayed here for three nights during Victoria Day Weekend. The hotel definitely met and probably exceeded our expectations! We were greeted upon arrival by a bell boy who took our luggage to the room and explained a few nuances regarding some of the room features. The room was just the right size, with soft, luxurious bedding...

Wonderful hotel with excellent service. Really a great experience - even better service and quality than in the other so famous de luxe hotel in Quebec City. Very high level of service, beautiful rooms, great restaurant, and perfect location.

This hotel has all you could ask for. Not only are the rooms amazing and the service first class but the places is full of history. The attic acts around the hotel and in the room are a great touch and the views to the river or city are the best in town. I'd definitely stay and recommend this place...

This Relays & Chateaux Hotel reinforces R&C's reputation as a top of the line, sophisticated hotel experience. In addition, the price at roughly $150USD/night in May 2017 is an absolute bargain for a Relais & Chateaux Hotel. The rooms are classy and understated. The Panache Restaurant is gourmet. This is a top end hotel experience at a remarkably low price.

What a wonderful hotel. It seems small, so an uncrowded lobby and bar. It is an historical building that has been beautifully and smartly modernized. It is decorated with relics and artefacts found on the site. Many of these findings are documented. It is a fantastic and novel way to present the history of this site. The location is in...

We spent two nights here and booked their "gourmand" package....though we're not gourmets...just folks who like to eat well. It was perfect. The hotel was excellent as on our previous stays and they had perfectly organized dinner first at Panache and the next night at Initial. Both were truly memorable experiences of a quality that we rarely experience. The included...
