We had requested a high level quiet de-luxe room, 6 months previously, and although the room was lovely it was on the first floor right on a noisy main road. After pressure we were moved but to a less salubrious room, but at least it was quiet. The facilities were tired, the bed was hard and pillows were not comfortable....

This small hotel is perfectly situated in the old town of QC-- they spoke english beautifully and were happy to meet our special requests immediately. Big thanks to Fredericka who helped us get important documents signed -- 5 minutes after we asked!! Our room was very nice, well appointed and spacious-- loved the cappuccino machine! My husband and I stayed at this hotel over 10 years ago and it was Ok. We decide to return because it is pet friendly and we were traveling with our dog. The hotel is completely changed. This experience was beyond our expectation in every way. Vastly expanded & renovated our room was very comfortable, and beautifully appointed. I appreciated...

This is a very comfortable small hotel with gracious staff and and thoughtful amenities . Our 6th floor room has a large balcony and outdoor chairs. Some rooms have a view of the St Lawrence but all are very pleasant views. Though this is not a huge queen room but it has comforts that make it a much bigger room....

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. We had booked a Queen deluxe and we were upgraded to a King with a terrace on the 6th floor. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and prompt in getting a light bulb replaced for example. The room was clean and well set up with a comfortable large sitting...

What an amazing time we had! We went to Quebec City to celebrate my wife's birthday. It was my wife, my 5 month old daughter and myself. The hotel staff were all so friendly and helpful. The room was immaculately cleaned and we felt so comfortable staying here. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to the area....

We had a queen size bed room. Well equipped, really wonderful shower (excellent bath and heated floor), very relaxing atmosphere (except the lobby which has no style, plays disturbing music). The location is amazing (and yet you enjoy quiet nights). Nespresso machine in the room, also music player with cd's (I love how the evening service arrange the turn down...

We just spent 2 nights here and loved it. It was our first time in Quebec and so glad we stayed at this hotel. The service was amazing, the room very comfortable (heated bathroom floors), the location could not have been better and the restaurant and bar area great. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Several times I said that the entire hotel could be lifted into a very big museum. Little touches everywhere. Giant room with exposed brick, divine bathroom, and a view. If you can pull yourself away from the hotel, Old Town Quebec City awaits at the doorsteps. The chef's six-course dinner was one of my all time favorites. Eating became an...

My wife and I spent 5 nights here at the end of May. Everything about this hotel is top notch. It is in the perfect location, the staff go out of their way to be helpful, the room (604) was beautiful and had a large balcony overlooking the river, the décor of the entire hotel was elegant. The concierges (especially...
