Large spacious loft, very comfortable, bright and well equipped. The service is excellent and very fast, the television was not working when I arrived in the evening and it was replaced the next morning. I appreciated that there was a hair dryer and iron on site as I was traveling for work but in a very compact way. The location in Saint-Roch and very close to Old Quebec is ideal, a stone's throw from grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, bookstores, etc. as well as several bus lines that stop practically at the door of the building.

The penthouse at Dorchester is very roomy , it was also very clean and well furnished kitchen wise + utensils nothing missing.
I recommend this loft for its situation there are several restaurants up to three blocks away. The loft is a short walk to old Québec.
If I may suggest several couples retired travel extensively and the Maître D’oeuvre should design some rooms for handicapped people.

We had booked a loft for 4. One of the rooms was actually a blind alcove separated from the hallway by a simple curtain. The bedding is good. Another disappointment: yes, the accommodation is equipped with a kitchen, but no condiment was present, not even salt! It is very appreciated that a minimum of condiments are provided, such as pepper, salt, oils, vinegar... The Award paid is well worth it. The apartment was spacious and consistent with the Reservation. Paid parking is available in the immediate vicinity. The view from the apartment was not great.

Very beautiful and large loft. Well located. Beautiful large window. Located on Charest Boulevard so naturally a little noisier but personally I slept very well. The loft would benefit from being equipped with cloths for drying dishes and storage space for clothes. However, I would return without hesitation.

The actual apartment is okay, and good for a few nights. There aren’t any wardrobes in the bedrooms so one is not able to put away clothes. There are also no doors to the bedrooms, just a curtain so it is possible to hear the road traffic at times. It’s about 10/15 minutes walk to Old Quebec.
My main negative is how the company reacted and dealt with an issue we had with our oven in the apartment. It didn’t work and nothing was done during our stay to try and see if it could be fixed. I think it was reasonable to expect maintenance to come and have a look to see if it could be fixed. We ended up eating out more than we intended which was expensive. I did request some compensation but Les Lofts did not take responsibility and even suggested that a member of their staff had contacted us to offer us an alternative apartment which we would have gladly taken. This isn’t true which I stated in my reply and no-one from the company has since responded.
This is very mediocre customer service, it seems that Les Lofts staff hide away behind the scenes and customers are not their priority, maybe the maintenance of their apartments isn’t their priority either. My experience with Dorechester Les Lofts was pretty unpleasant. At first, I had booked another Les Lofts, closer to old port. Due to credit card issues, the booking got cancelled. I was in and out of flights, and didn't realise. Later, they would not help me reactivate the booking. The result - I had to book a far more expensive loft away from the old port.
I ended up booking Dorchester. The payment for the stay got processed this time. But again there was some issue with the card and security deposit could not get processed. I was I formed just hours before (while I was in the flight to Quebec) that the booking was on hold. I reached quebec at 10 pm and after a long day, had to go to the reception to get the whole issue sorted.
Once in the room, the while lobby was stinking. Even the room didn't have proper ventilation. The furniture was inconvenient.
At the time of check out, our flight form quebec got cancelled and we had to rush to the airport to resolve the issue. Hence, we got delayed by just 15 mins at the time if check out. The supervisor was extremely rude and told us that even if took 5 more minutes, she would charge us.
Even the lock at the entrance of the loft wouldn't work when the advertisement was being played. Hence, one had to wait till it got over to enter. The first time this happened, I asked for help which was never provided.
Usually, at the time if check out, most hotels, air bnbs give atleast a leeway of half hour. In this case, it was an urgent and unexpected situation.
The management of Les Lofts is pretty unflexible, non- cooperative and didn't fully understand customer difficulties.
Would not come here again and would not recommend Les Lofts to anyone for a pleasant hassle free stay.

We had a very pleasant stay and well located to have walking access to the cafe , restaurant and shop. The building is secured with a code system without reception and the building is quiet.
