The hotel is a great deal, staffed by super people. Lisa and Sharon were so friendly and helpful! Our room was really spacious, like a suite. They provide a nice, healthy continental breakfast and then it's a 10 minute stroll down to the old city....More

Arrived during heat wave - very humid. Were placed in one of the basement rooms - none have A/C and room smelled badly. Can't believe we were placed in basement (should be half the price) after all the nice hotels we have stayed in. We...More
The staff at the hotel are very pleasant, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. We had a room with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The room was spacious and well equipped. The location of the hotel is why I gave it four stars. It is...More

The small parking area is adjacent to the hotel -- off of the side street, not the main street. It is barely wide enough for three cars and they pack the cars in 2-3 rows. So, upon arrival -- for us, mid-afternoon -- there is ample space to park and unload. By the next morning, the area looked like a small parking lot. We had to leave the car keys with the front desk so they could move the car as needed. We did not use the car while we were in town so there was no issue here; and the car was easily accessible on the day of our departure. But, what a pain for management!
