We just stayed at this quaint little place. It's location to the old city is close (about a 15 minute walk along a restaurant filled street). It's next to the Loews and you can walk past the parliament building, and thru the old gates to...More
My wife and I just spent three nights at Hotel Manoir de la Tour and were delighted with it. It's in an old brick house right on Grande Allee, and was not hard to find. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, too. They particularly...More
This was my third stay at Manoir de la tour and I am fairly happy.

The small parking area is adjacent to the hotel -- off of the side street, not the main street. It is barely wide enough for three cars and they pack the cars in 2-3 rows. So, upon arrival -- for us, mid-afternoon -- there is ample space to park and unload. By the next morning, the area looked like a small parking lot. We had to leave the car keys with the front desk so they could move the car as needed. We did not use the car while we were in town so there was no issue here; and the car was easily accessible on the day of our departure. But, what a pain for management!
