Everything seems newly renovated in the whole building. It was clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and large enough, and the walk-in shower with dispensers of shampoo, conditioner and body wash was classy. We were on the 4th floor, and our view was of the roof and red lit tower of the Musuem of...

Nice hotel. good location. The breakfast is a buffet type and in a very small dinning area. The choices of food are very limited. You should ask for a view of the river at reservation, much nicer than the back yard.. I think it is too expensive for what we are getting. Over all it is a nice place.

If you like a small up scale boutique hotel in a great location consider this one right in the heart of old lower Quebec City. Limited facilities and only one dining option so in the winter you might be forced to go out for a meal Service is really good

Just couple of things were not at the level expected for this kind of hotel: service, no help to bring our luggages in the hotel: frozen stairs and big suitcases to carry on. And the pillows and mattress were smelling oil cooking - apart from that the rest: location, breakfast, restaurant, lounge etc were excellent

Hotel is clean and comfortable. Nice high ceilings and big windows in the room. Great shower pressure. One night was lower occupancy so breakfast was served at the sister hotel dining which had hot made-to-order menu. The breakfast at Hotel 71 is cold items. We tried bunches of croissants and Hotel 71 was probably our favorite croissant. Matto is quite...

We had a great 4 night stay in December 2016. Hotel is in historic former bank building in Old Town. Great restaurants and shopping nearby. The inside is modern but not pretentious. Even though very few children around, we did not feel out of place with our 10 year old daughter. The service at the hotel was great and everyone...

Excellent hotel. Quiet, clean, very nice helpful staff and great location to walk everywhere. beds are super comfortable with a neat motion sensor night light under the sides if you get up at night. Great restaurant and breakfast service. Nice touch with the 24 hour espresso and wine bar. This makes waiting in the lobby for colleagues/friends most enjoyable.

Friendly hotel staff, modern, clean & comfortable. Great location, close to everything. Quebec City is amazing in the winter, very beautiful, very romantic. I would love to see it in the fall or spring as well, however the winter with the snow is very beautiful.
