Wonderful hotel! When you arrive you will find a lot of parking spaces. After a friendly front desk welcomes you. Then a super fadt check-in and most appreciated the Doubletree cookies. Room are nice and clean, excellent bed. The Spa is a bit old, I think they will renew this area. The breakfast is a dream for Northern America (nearly the European Standard of Hilton hotels). And again the staff is so friendly! Merci!

Bed is comfortable, room is clean, staff are friendly. Location is near Costco. Hotel is attached a golf site making the view pleasant. Did not try the restaurant nor the swimming pool. The suite room has a muffy bed can easily accommodate extra 2 people is extremely convenient and suitable for families

Hotel is right off of Transquebec 3 trail and offers security for parking snowmobiles overnight. Super friendly staff. Free shuttle to Quebec City which we took advantage of to have dinner in Old Town.

This was a summer vacation to Quebec City. Booking was a breeze and the hotel was able to accommodate our family of five. The room we stayed in was a bit disappointing, old design from probably 15 years ago, tiles and grout missing, bathroom has seen better days, broken dryer, never the less it was clean and the beds fresh and comfortable, but the room furniture and carpeting definitely retired. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast as a family, food was excellent but the wait time way too long. For dinner we waited over an hour after we ordered. Four of us finished dinner and my son just having his delivered. As a nice gesture our server did provide a free dessert for our family as an apology for the long wait, it was appreciated. Breakfast was simple and delicious but also a bit long. Our waitress forgot drinks and with multiple reminders forgot to get us coffee, unprofessional since we dropped $100 for breakfast.
We also used the warm pool, but unfortunately it’s another location that should be retired and definitely updated and renovated. Paint is peeling from the jacuzzi, waterfalls are not working and the sauna did not want to turn on. Disappointed. The hotel in itself looks amazing outside and in the lobby and restaurant, overlooking the golf course definitely adds to the beautiful landscape. The hotel is conveniently located near an expressway and is really close to Quebec City, 15 minutes drive. All in all we enjoyed our stay but for the price of $870 for two nights I expect better quality from Hilton.
This is not reflect on the hotel but is part of the experience. We booked a round of golf for our family, when we arrived our kid’s didn’t have golf shirts and we were denied the opportunity to play. Attire rules lost the golf club over $360. Too bad since when we were leaving there was a couple of guys playing in t-shirts and definitely not in golf attire. A bit disappointing since we planned our day around it.

So it’s a beautiful and modern hotel. Breakfast was amazing with great service. The hotel is on a golf course. It is only 15 mins drive from Quebec City. Ample and free parking. We had to carry our luggage in on our own. We were given deliciously warm walnut and chocolate cookies on arrival and checked in by a very pleasant member of staff at reception.
But then
I had two issues:
1) we had no hair dryer in the room. It took housekeeping 1 hour.. they insisted on verifying there was no hairdryer but then they didn’t bother to bring one up after they cane in and verified it was missing! So after three phone calls and 1:45 mins we had a hair dryer!
2) the toilet was blocked. I was nicely handed a plunger by housekeeping to unblock it myself!

We stayed there for 3 nights, we had booked a suite, everything was perfect. Room was a good size, it was clean, and very comfortable.

We were 2 couples, there was 1 king bed in a separate room, the other bed was a murphy bed. Both beds were very comfortable, we had the king, the other couple had the murphy and we all slept very well. Hotel is close to a highway, but even if we had a corner room on the side of the highway, it was very quiet, no problem there.

Employees were very nice and available, always with a smile. Since I have status with Hilton, I had the breakfast included for me and my wife. It was very good, with excellent service also.

Hotel is freshly renovated, with taste and quality.

It is about 15 min drive to the old city. It is also very close to the Videotron center if you are there to see a show (about 10 min drive). Parking is free, it was very good for us since we had 2 cars. If we had taken a hotel closer to the old city, parking is often a nightmare or very costly when you park directly at the hotel.

I rarely forget things, but this time I did. I forgot something in the room and received a phone call from the manager when they found it during the clean up. I appreciate the fact that they contacted me right away. Merci 😊.

Sadly we were lied about the pool. Before reserving I called the hotel to make sure the outdoor pool was open, as this was my main criteria for my trip. The front desk staff provided me with very specific information such as the pool was open, it was kept at 40 Degrees Celsius, there’s no reservation needed for the pool as only 4 rooms are rented, the hotel is almost empty.

A week later, we arrived to the hotel for check in, and at that moment the front desk staff (a lady this time) mentions their pool has been closed for over a month (!!!). I explained to her all the specificities I was given during my call, I showed her the date/time of my call.

Behind me there’s another client waiting for check in who overheard the conversation and mentions she was also given the false information about the pool. We were both offered a “free” cancellation. By the way, the hotel didn’t offer any type of compensation.

Stayed here for two nights over my Christmas Eve birthday. Wanted to find a good rate at a hotel with good traveler reviews and a reasonable room rate. Since I had a car, the location wasn't really an issue. This DoubleTree was really beautiful; the decor in the rooms and common areas seemed very new and the entire property was clean and well-maintained. I think when Hilton took over the hotel (formerly Signature) it did a major renovation or refresh. The staff was very accommodating throughout the stay. They provided us with robes for the pool, but unfortunately we didn't have the time to use it. I would recommend this property without hesitation, especially if you've come to the area for the many winter sports opportunities.

Great hotel! Location is nice as it’s a bit off the beaten path, but close to all of the action by car. Rooms were clean and newly renovated. Felt very modern. Staff were friendly and spoke good English.

Spa baths were nice and no minors after 8pm. This was enforced while we were there and it was appreciated. Make sure to get your free cookies from the front desk! Yummy.

Only downside was not having daily housekeeping due to COVID and needing to go to the front desk to collect clean towels. Hotel may wish to pursue a policy where it can be offered daily by request.

The property is well kept, everything is grand size. There is a golf course next to the hotel. Ample parking space is available.

Room is clean, spacious and the bed is very comfortable and its hard to want to get out of it. Bathroom has all amenities and is generously sized.

There are 2 on site restaurants with one offering patio seating. Breakfast options during COVID were limited and breakfast was placed in fridge for collection by guests.

Hilton cookies provided at check in were freshly baked.
