I booked this hotel directly with the hotel and was eligible for the daily cold breakfast. There was more than enough food for myself and my son to keep some aside for a snack later. The room itself was clean and came with a mini fridge, small table and chairs, arm chair, closet and tray for wet boots. Our room was ready early but the hotel was prepared to hold our luggage since we were arriving hours before check in. There is a coffe/hot chocolate machine in the foyer that makes great drinks. A mix of espresso and hot chocolate tastes just like a Cafe Mocha from a certain coffee chain! The best thing about this hotel was the staff. They were great with our early arrival and even better after we checked out. We had a late flight so planned on leaving our luggage for the day and picking it up before we headed to the airport. But the winter storm had other ideas and our flight was cancelled last minute. The staff let us stay in the bright breakfast room while I scrambled to find alternative arrangements to get home on Christmas eve. The young woman at the desk reassured me that if needed they had a room for that night. I recommend this hotel if you are looking for a simple, clean, quiet and convenient stay in Old Quebec. We stayed in early October for 3 nights, and would definitely stay again in this hotel. The location is central for easy walks to pretty much everywhere in Old Town as well well as to Parliament and Plains of Abraham. We booked the junior suite, which was much more space than needed for the two of us, but very enjoyable with a great view. The breakfast still comes in a bag outside the door at 7:00, but it can be taken to the breakfast room if one prefers that. If needed earlier, it's available to pick up, near the coffee machine. While coming downstairs to get morning coffee seemed a bit of extra work, the machine makes great coffees! It also was a time to meet some of the other guests and compare morning coffee routines. We didn't use the wine bar, but it was good to know it was available. We did reserve a parking space, and while tight, it was a convenient and safe place to leave the car which didn't move during our stay. The staff was great and made check-in and check-out easy.

We stayed for two nights and were very pleased with the room, the service and location. The hotel has a small parking lot and the spaces are a bit of a tight fit but such a convenience! We loved having an assigned space and being able to leave with the car without worrying about parking at the end of the day. The hotel's location is perfect for walking and exploring the old city. We appreciated the fancy coffee machine in the lobby and quiet spaces to sit and meet with friends. We would definitely return!

Very accommodating staff who made adjustments to fit us in when we arrived late at night and had a problem with our booking in another hotel. Excellent location in Old Quebec City. Safe neighbourhood. Comfortable beds. Would stay here again and definitely recommend to others!

Hotel location was excellent! Central to everything and easy to walk everywhere in old town. Rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. Hotel staff was extremely helpful and polite. I was able to park in their lot (addition fee) which was a bonus since on-site parking is hard to find in old town. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: Book parking in advance as the lot is small. Also it’s tight so large vehicles could be tricky.

Charming hotel, comfortable bed, spacious room, great location. The front desk staff were always very helpful and friendly. I would stay again! The king bed mattress was comfortable, and there was a dog next door and we didn't even hear it.

Great location with walking distance to all main areas and sites. The front desk staff were pleasant and efficient. The breakfast delivered to room was satisfactory, but I would have preferred the buffet style offering in the lobby. The AC was too loud however the room was comfortable.

Room was very quiet (we were in the rear of the building). Breakfast delivered to the room every morning was just great. In room coffee would have been a plus, but both the coffee machine and coffee from the thermos in the lobby were just great. Friendly staff and a very convenient location were a plus.
