This boutique hotel is perfect all around: - Great location (walking distance to old Quebec City which at this time of the year is magical, great restaurants close by & very easy to get to) - Beautiful suite (stayed in a beautiful suite that had all amenities including expresso machine and full size kitchen appliances with well stocked kitchen, a very comfortable bed & super sized shower) - Friendly & very customer focused staff We will definitely be back hopefully same time next year :)

We had such a horrible experience with this hotel that we can barely even believe it happened. The owner of the hotel was verbally abusive and threatened us physically when we arrived, for no reason at all. We had to call the police, left the hotel immediately, and were forced to find a new hotel in the middle of the night. Don't book this hotel.

This little hotel is beautiful inside and out. The location was perfect for my stay and visit to the Christmas market. Once parked on arrival I was able to walk everywhere. The staff and service was wonderful. I would book again!

We enjoyed our overnight stay at Hotel Le Vincent very much. It is situated about a fifteen minute walk from the St. Louis Gate entry into the old city. When we arrived, we pulled up out front and parked in a temporary parking spot to take out our luggage. There is valet parking so the desk clerk came out, took our bags up the staircase to the first floor, then parked our car. We forgot one thing in the car and he was so pleasant about taking us the very short distance across the road to the inside parking garage to retrieve it. When checking in, they asked if we would be having breakfast but we declined. We took an enjoyable walk into Old Quebec City where we had dinner and looked around for awhile. We walked off our dinner! on the way back and turned in. The room was full of character, super clean, and it had a very comfortable double bed. The hotel was so quiet. The best part about Hotel Le Vincent is the staff. They are incredibly friendly and helpful. So attentive. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay. Off the beaten track in the St-Roch section of Quebec City. Very quiet and full of charm. Nice rooms with character. Nice breakfast. Very welcoming and accomadating staff. Did not use valet parking. Parked on the street, close to the hotel.

This cozy boutique hotel is 5 minute taxi ride from the train station and close to the Vieux Quebec. Our room ( #4) was warm and inviting despite the frigid temperatures outside. The front desk staff was extremely engaging and provided a lot of useful information. Breakfasts are cooked to order and delicious. Our only downside was the spotty WIFI access but the staff was able to fill in the gaps for things that we could not obtain online.

We loved our 2-night stay here. This is a true gem of a boutique hotel. The bathroom was large and modern with a terrific shower. Our bed was comfy. Staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. Breakfast was not only hot and freshly made to order but beautiful. There are many local cafes and restaurants close by and the best Starbucks around. There is a large market about 3 blocks from the hotel. It has a nice section for carry out food if you want to have a meal at the hotel. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Quebec City.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location was reasonably close. Staff was excellent and most helpful. Breakfast was timely and well prepared. Our rental car was vandalized while in valet parking. Clearly valet parking security was inadequate. However the hotel staff response was outstanding. They helped us make a police report. They got all contact and address information. And then they followed up with us even after we left to make certain all was handled. There are vandals everywhere. There are not excellent hotels everywhere. The staff at LeVincent are excellent.

Lots of good things about this hotel. Location is excellent both for the old city and the "newer" (meaning gentrified) neighborhoods further west from the old city. Room was clean and comfortable (the venetian blinds on the shower were a surprise), good wi-fi, and one of the more gracious and helpful desk clerks we've run across in some time. Enclosed and gated parking is available across the street and in-and-out is easy. The interior could use some updating, and frankly it was a little higher-priced than I would have expected. But, a very pleasurable stay and great hospitality, and we would happily return.

We stayed at Le Vincent for seven nights. It was a wonderful home base for our exploration of Quebec and some surrounding areas. The room was beautiful and charming, the bed was comfortable, the shower was luxurious, the service was excellent. The breakfast was served individually (not a buffet or serve-yourself) and the food and its presentation were of highest quality. The breakfast area was charming with sophisticated furniture and a floor painted in a creative pattern. Breakfast was served until 9:45 AM, much appreciated by late-rising guests. Although there is no elevator, because the building is uniquely situated on a hill, the upper floors can be reached from an entrance on another street that requires only 3 steps. The location in Quebec was good - out of the hectic tourist areas, but close enough for those who can walk and climb hills. Because the city is hilly, if you are on foot you will climb hills! Antonio and his staff were warm and very helpful. He made really good suggestions for things to see, and several staff members advised us of good nearby restaurants, and how to use public transportation (the bus) to visit Montmorency falls. We were also informed of a route to the lower old town area that did not require much uphill walking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - a really good part of our vacation in Q-city! The only negative aspect - the wi-fi is pretty slow. Some of the time it was adequate, but sometimes it was not. For us, that was a minor inconvenience, easily tolerated while staying in such a beautiful place with a warm and helpful staff. Thank you Antonio! Perry and Nancy Duncan,Norfolk Virginia
