We were thrilled to stay at this beautiful Auberge! Gorgeous rooms, amazing breakfast and warm, welcoming hosts. This stay was one of the highlights of our trip to Sherbrooke. We'll definitely return!

The Auberge Marquis de Mont Calm was the perfect home away from home destination. The hosts were extremely friendly and hospitable. The property was very clean with beautiful French decor and well maintained. Client privacy was well respected. The French themed breakfast every morning was quite enjoyable. Highly recommended & I’ll definitely be back.

Located in Sherbrooke’s stately north ward, this lovely B&B features tastefully decorated rooms and common areas. Our hosts, Thanh-Hoa and Sylvain, were very accommodating, super friendly and easy to reach whenever necessary. The breakfasts were delicious. We definitely hope to come back here in the not-too-distant future.

Wonderful stay and definitely recommend. Great hospitality, wonderful breakfasts (especially if you like eggs) and very clean quiet rooms. Some of the suites were huge and very nicely done. Very helpful hosts on what’s around (great in English and French). Great location walkable to the main high street and the gorge is literally just done the road. Parking in site as well. If in Sherbrooke a must.

It was our first time to visit Sherbrooke, and Auberge Marquis de Montcalm was a perfect place for us to stay. The hosts were so friendly and helpful, and provided a very nice breakfast in the cozy breakfast room. Our suite was beautiful decorated and so comfortable. We found that this place was in the proximity of everything we wanted to explore in the Sherbrooke. Shame that the hot tub was out of order, we would have enjoyed using it. Thank you for a great stay, we will be back!

Wonderful stay! The owners made us feel incredibly welcome. The room was excellent and the food absolutely delicious. The location is perfect for walking around downtown Sherbrooke to restaurants and trails. Can’t thank them enough for their hospitality. We will definitely be back! Thank you both!!

The room had many comforts and although I stayed only three days, I was able to feel like home. Warm water to take a shower, comfy bed to sleep and lot of space for storage (in case that someone is staying for many nights). An important detail is that, for me that it was my first time in Canada and that I don't speak French, the owners tried to help me in every possible way. They gave me information of the city, they helped me with transportation and they even cooked dinner the day I arrived (because it was already too late). Even though not everyone speaks good English, they had the kindness to find info for me or suggest me English-speaking people to help me with other stuff.

Sherbrooke is a wonderful spot and this B&B delivered! The hosts took care of us from the moment we reserved. Amazing breakfasts, room, and hospitality. Than booked us dinner each night. We loved her choices. Really appreciate their kindness. It is very clear they love what they are doing. Would highly recommend. Dynamic husband and wife team!

As a family with a young child, we felt super welcomed. Our room (King Suite) was perfect for us. The room was spacious, the bathroom was clean and the air conditioning was working nicely. The B&B is wonderfully located at the heart of Sherbrooke and the main attractions. The hosts are very generous and friendly, great attention to details. The breakfasts are amazing, with an option for 100% Vegan, which we found delicious! Overall very pleased with our stay and would recommend to anyone!
