This is a nice hotel with an interesting restaurant bar the food is excellent. The lunches are also good and diverse. We went to a conference. The room was a little cold in temperature but my equipment was functional and adapted to our needs. The only problem is that in the next room it was a group of “preacher” who made a noise once with their music and disturbed us without respect despite several requests from us. It would have been nice if the hotel officials had intervened or ensured that our days were not at the same time... for the rooms they are beautiful and very comfortable. Clean and nearby there are many small affordable and walking restaurant chains.

Upon entering the Delta it was obvious they take cleanliness seriously. The lobby areas were impeccable and I was surprised how quiet it was even though they told me they were fully booked.
The woman at reception was extremely friendly and provided information on the hotel upfront without even being asked.
The room was exactly as the picture of posted on their website. It was very clean, spacious and had the amenities expected. The beds were very comfortable. Just a couple of minor points, there was no in room safe and they had shower gel/shampoo/conditioner in dispenser containers in the shower.
Will definitely stay here again as it was a convenient location and was exactly as expected.

We spent two nights at the Delta Sherbrooke and while our room looked very nice and was well appointed, it wasn't the most comfortable.
We also found out that there was a tournament in town and that many of the teams were staying at this hotel and it was quite a bit chaotic and loud.
The location is OK to explore the area by car but there's nothing particularly exciting to see walking around the particular area where the hotel is located.
There were no restaurant options at the hotel when we visited due to renovations.

Good hotels, professionally run, and reasonably priced, are scarce in the Eastern Townships of Quebec. This is a good choice for anyone looking for a hotel in or near Sherbrooke. Rooms are a good size; as is the bathroom. A small refrigerator is in the room, but you have to ask for (and sometimes wait a long time for) a microwave oven to be temporarily installed. The cooling/heating system is temperamental. I was not able to heat up the room above 22.5 Celsius when we arrived. I finally shut off the system for sleeping in a cool room, but was unable to turn it on in the morning.
Breakfast is either a la carte, or served buffet style. Choices are limited, but one can get a cold or hot breakfast. Parking spaces outside and underground are available.

We had a reservation for August 14, 2023. At the reception, the service was impeccable. Upon entering the room we had a very pronounced allergen reaction within seconds. We are allergic to animals. Return to reception to ask for a room where they do not accept pets or without carpet. As all rooms have carpets and the hotel does not have a pet free area, we had to cancel and be refunded. Always so friendly and understanding, they canceled. Considering the reputation of the Delta chain, we expected room sanitation to be better suited to allergens. Very disappointing...

Due to covid, part of the lobby of the hotel is off-limits. What I am impressed with are the employees. They helped us a lot. Our first room was on the top floor. Behind the hotel are office buildings. Their air-conditioning systems were so noisy. I was not able to sleep the first night. I asked for a transfer and they gave it to me without any problem. On the second day, our electronic key did not work. Two staffs took care of it right away.
The hotel is well built. The door fittings, the washroom tiles and floor were constructed well unlike in some hotels I've been through. The location of the hotel is also well situated.

We had the worse stay from start to finish for a two night stay (we came from Ontario to house shop) our night started off by us getting tow rollaway beds for our daughters who weee about to settle down to sleep, we get a knock on the door from such an unfriendly worker (seemed like a manager) who didn't seem to care that we had to put her on the floor. We then asked for extra sheets and pillows through the app which didn't arrive for at least 45 mins. We woke in am to shower and found only one towel in our room. Asked for more, same thing 1 hr later Leonardo showed up who was the friendliest housekeeper. Our toilet then was clogged which took another 30 mins for someone to show up.
Upon check out today (Sunday) was the reason I decided to write this review. I had a lovely girl in training (I didn't get her name). She asked me to come round the side of the desk to use the debit machine as it didn't stretch. From here I was appalled at the way SOPHIE handled a conversation with me "Can you move out of the way so I can help another guest" who didn't even need helped. She called for others to come to her and no one needed assistance. In all my years of staying at hotels. I have NEVER been spoken to in such a rude and disrespectful manner, I didn't appreciate this especially in front of our three children, I was asked to come to where I was standing also. What a rude young woman. We have always used Marriott hotels as my brother is an ambassador level and highly recommendeds us to stay. This was our worst trip ever at the delta Sherbrooke!!! Don't recommend at all!!!

Being a Platinium Elite with Marriott, we can usually know in advance (1 or 2 days) if an upgrade is granted. I emailed the hotel reservation desk to inquire. I got a cold answer as "you will get what you reserved. The hotel had many available rooms, I expected a different kind of answer.
When I got at the hotel, I was greeted whit strike stickers everywhere (see photos). If you stay there, DO NOT accept a room on the east side. They are near the east building ventilation fans. You will ear them all night.
The restaurent was empty and very cold (+-19*C) The food is expensive, hamburger +-$17+tx+tip!. If you like to have chip or snack in your room, bring your own. They don't have any.

Worst hotel experience of our lives happened here recently. Booked a few days before a family wedding; too late (because of a family cancer situation then death) to be included in the group October 2022 deal/section. Drove January 14, 2023 to 2pm Sherbrooke wedding directly from Mtl so we only checked in at 1:30am following the reception at la Grange Rouge. My 2 adult daughters and I were shocked to then arrive at our Delta room and see a nice queen bed for them but zero accommodations for me. Not 1 single extra pillow, blanket, sheet, towel NOTHING! I called reception and then someone brought a comforter. So at 2am I tried to sleep on the rock hard sofa with this. It was so uncomfortable I could not fall asleep so I let my daughters sleep in the bed (they did say the bed was very comfortable) and finally I woke them up at 5:30AM so I could drive us home to Montreal and my own comfortable bed! I paid $500 approximately for this terrible experience, left my complaint politely with Samuel at the reception and as of today, February 3, 2023, I have not received a phonecall, email or refund from the manager (who I was promised would contact me. Delta hotels should be ashamed!

I stayed about 10 times at the Delta Sherbrooke this year and every stay was very pleasant. The rooms were recently renovated with great taste and everything is quite functional. I have had the chance to stay in one of their Junior Suite (as shown in the pictures) and they are truly top notch and the office space is amazing.
Breakfast is served at the restaurant in the lobby, it has various options and the portions are generous.
I highly recommend this hotel.
