This was by far the worst motel I have ever stayed at. Sketchy. Beds are made of concrete I think. Tiny bed. Dingy room with little lighting. Bathroom was tiny and gritty. No breakfast. For 125 dollars a night I expected a clean well kept Rooms. No ice. No service of any kind. Walls are paper thin. This is at best a 50 dollar a night room. The type of dive you would expect to be see on 48 hours. Really ruined my trip.
Went there during a spring hockey tournament. They had a great price and it could accomodate our whole group. Price was good, breakfast was not bad and the room was comfortable. The only downside, the place is very old and everything is kind of crooked. The train that goes by makes everything in the room shake. Not sure if this place is structuraly sound but hey it did the job and we had a great time
Don't let the 1960s look on the outside get in the way of staying at this very reasonable motel. We were very happy with our stay. The staff is welcoming and very ready to help with everything, including recommendations for sightseeing. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a refrigerator, microwave and flat screen TV. Floors have been updated to wood, the room repainted. Bathroom was clean and shower was great. Breakfast included juice, cereal, coffee and baked goods, some homemade. It was comparable to or better than some chain motel breakfasts. We would stay here again.
My brother and I went to Sherbrooke for a night to check out the city. We did not want to spend too much and we had my dogs with me. I phoned the hotel directly who gave us their lowest rate and did not charge for the dogs in exchange for having booked with them directly rather than through a site on line. The room had two queen beds, was somewhat updated, the beds were comfortable, the room was very clean and had a mini fridge and microwave. The included breakfast was basic but better than expected with bread choices for toast, butter, jams and peanut butter, croissants, two types of cereal, yogourts, coffee, milk, juice, basic fruits. The hotel lobby has a fridge with food and drinks including alcoholic ones available 24 hours, again amazing for the price and a small motel. The owners are very amiable and willing to please. The motel is minutes away from the city and very quiet. Highly recommended and we both said we would definitely stay here again.…
We brought my 90 yr old mother back to Quebec to catch up with her two remaining girlfriends. We picked this motel because of price and location. Originally the two rooms were across the courtyard, but once requested a quick switch was made. This was the start of a great experience. Staff are friendly but do not intrude, always willing to assist when asked. Rooms were clean with free wifi and a fridge/microwave in each room. There were lovely soaker tubs in the rooms and individual air conditioners/heat controls in our rooms. Luckily the heat worked as it was too cold to use the A/C. We will certainly book this place again as it went far above our expectations.
Even though the motel is outdated and the shower sounds like an airplane taking off, the staff makes all that disappear, the breakfast is basic, good, not fancy. We didn’t have time to enjoy the swimming pool. Once again, the staff are helpful, really nice and they take care of you. Thank you
Ok, so it is a 3 star, however I am giving the place 4 stars because the staff were so helpful and willing to make sure you are taken care of. We were there to drop my son off at school. We stayed in the suite and it was clean and had everything we needed. The place reminded me of the small "mom & pop" places we stayed at in my childhood, no frills but clean and welcoming. We will make this our place when we visit Lennoxville.
Nice clean pool, great service and very reasonable prices. Very close to the bars that my friends and I like in sherbrooke on Wellington like Le bar le contact. Highly recommended For anyone traveling in the area.
Motel is outdated with dust covered plastic plants and old accomodations. Staff is friendly but whole place needs a facelift. Free breakfast was cheap donuts bought in bulk, bland cereal and yogourt the whole thing served in styrofoam plates.
We go back every year becayse my kids like the place... Service is excellent. If you ask for something, they are pleased to help. I complained about noisy neighboors and they moved me to a nicer room (upgrade for free).
