Very clean and helpful staff for an older motel/hotel. Breakfast is very basic but covers basic needs. 2nd floor only reachable by staircases at extremities of building. Our room was basic but spacious. Decent value for price on a busy summer weekend.

We stayed two nights of a touring holiday.
The hotel (just uses the Comfort Inn, Sherbrooke name) is a little further out of town than most of the hotels, but not too far.
Checkin was OK, but then we had the stairs - the hotel is two storey, with only stairs. The room itself was clean and reasonably-sized - there was even a grille so we could have the window open instead of being deafened by the air-conditioner (why are most hotel units so noisy?). The curtain linings had an interesting holey pattern which let the light stream through.
There was a reasonable included continental breakfast (to be eaten in the room). There was only full-strength coffee in the room and reception couldn't provide decaff.
Anoyingly this was one of those hotels where the key-card doesn't work when you get back to your room on the second day - we find this infuriating, particularly after the stairs - having to go down to reception & back to get into the room.
Overall adequate.

Been there last weekend, and honestly, I was not impressed!
The hotel is decent and clean, even if the room's furniture and decoration looks really "cheap" for the nightly rate they charge.
The major problem, I've found in this hotel is accessibility... it's absolutely not thought for guests with reduced mobility. Some examples are:
- The main entrance's door is not automatic, and has no handicap button to open it... it's so narrow that looks like a standard house single door.
- Once passed that door, there's another single door on the right before getting to the hotel's "lobby"... manual as well!
- Room doors are pretty narrow, and bathroom doors even more.

We went to a wedding in Sherbrooke and registered at the Comfort Inn. The wedding was at 3:00PM and check-in is at 4:00PM. They had a room cleaned for us at 2:00PM so that we could put our luggage in and change. This move was greatly appreciated. The next morning, the continental breakfast was plentiful and delicious, considering the pandemic there was a nice choice including coffee and juices. We had my sister and her husband as well as my niece and her husband staying there and all were very happy with the Inn and the service. There was also a discount for people registering as part of the wedding party.

Clean room; good beds.
Breakfast was good, but no tables or chairs, so we had to bring it to the room.
Our GPS may not have had this property listed correctly so we had a lot of trouble finding it.
The patio doors opened to the parking lot, which was strange, but did expedite loading and unloading.

The Comfort Inn in Sherbrooke proved to be a convenient stop on a drive from Boston to Quebec City, but nothing really special. It's not a fancy hotel by any means -- it's your basic clean, convenient, simple hotel on a main thoroughfare. The room was adequate and the front desk staff were friendly. Breakfast was a simple continental breakfast -- you loaded up a tray and brought it up to your room (the waffles were nice). Wi-Fi was free, but the bottle of water in the room was labeled at $2.99 (Canadian) if you drank it. The hotel was on a main suburban boulevard crowded with auto stores, hotels, and the like. I was a bit surprised at how crowded the area was because the photo looked more rural. A couple of things I didn't like about the hotel: we had a non-smoking room but it had a chemical smell as if it might have once been a smoking room, and we had to walk through a smoking part of the corridor to get to the stairs. I therefore breathed in cigarette smoke whenever I went to, or came from, the room. It wasn't a fantastic stay, but the rooms were clean and everything was adequate.

We booked the Comfort Inn based on price and the reviews on trip advisor. The room was good size in good shape with a clean bathroom and very comfortable beds. Our family of five fit with no problem. The continental breakfast was exactly what our family needed to get going for our busy day. It is amazing how helpful having the continental breakfast available with a young family. One nice touch was the beer vending machine by the check-in desk.
We would recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel while in transit and is in the Sherbrooke area.

This Hotel isn't for you if you are looking for a place with awesome architecture, Romantic getaway, etc. The room I had was very clean, sure, the bathroom is a bit outdated, but everything functioned. I plugged my Laptop into the HDMI port of the flat screen TV and watched Netflix (Be sure to bring a HDMI cable) and was super happy with my stay. It was quiet, and there were no kids running about. ALSO, the breakfast, which is basic, was really good. I had no complaints whatsoever from this hotel.

For the price, it is hard to beat. Make sure you show your CAA card to save $$.

Not to mention the girl who checked me in was super cute. Just saying.

We stayed at the Comfort Inn Sherbrooke for a single night prior to the Demi-Marathon de Sherbrooke. The hotel was easy to locate and was very close to the Jacques Cartier Bridge, where I needed to be for my race in the morning.

The hotel has no elevator but instead has two staircases on either end of the building. There's access to the staircase from a door at the end of the building, so it's not too much trouble to get up with your luggage.

The room itself was actually pretty spacious. We only had one queen bed, but there was also a sofa-bed, if needed. Unfortunately, the bed is on the hard side. In addition, the walls are a bit thin and we could hear a couple of our neighbors talking rather loudly throughout the evening. But the sheets, bedding and the rest of the room were very clean.

The bathroom was also clean and spacious. It was simple, but had everything you needed.

If we ended up visiting Sherbrooke again, I would consider staying at the Comfort Inn. However, there wasn't anything at the hotel that would sell me on staying there again over another hotel in the area.

Answer from Manager345
Sherbrooke, Quebec, Canada
Our hotel is situated in Sherbrooke, Qc, which is 1h45 away from the Montreal Airports. Unfortunately, we do not have shuttles to the airport. I would suggest looking for a Comfort Inn or Quality Inn in Montreal. Comfort Inn Pointe Clair is near the Airport and offers a shuttle. I hope this helps!
