Functional room, good location. Service nonexistent. Booked 3 nights, would give us 2 coffee pods at a time and had to justify needing creamer & sugar. Wifi password wasn’t provided & then had to go back and ask again the next day as it was changed. Customer service not a strong point.

The hotel is tidy and room is spacious, Bathroom is decent sized. Staff is polite and courteous. Parking is at rear and there is ample space to park. Breakfast was included in my stay.

There are many café and restaurants near to the hotel at a walking distance.

Hotel has a strong wifi, hotel restaurant is open all through the day and serves quality food.

If you are going to Tadoussac for whale watching, bus to bring you to boat starts from a stop next to the hotel.

Basic, clean and functional. We stayed two nights with our two children. Parking was allocated spaces and the hotel allowed us to park a few hours earlier when we arrived which was perfect. We walked everywhere once we arrived but note the hotel is at the top of the hill but not an issue for us. The restaurant next door where I understood we could buy breakfast is shut due to water damage for the 2023 season as this would have been a convenient option. Staff very friendly on check in. Would it hesitate to stay here again.

I booked this hotel based off Trip Advisor reviews as well as Air miles.
I was super hopeful for a great hotel experience and in some ways it was nice, it had a good location, walking distance to the beach/pier and many restaurants. The restaurant on site was very nice, the front staff were nice.

Thats where it ends for my family thou.
We traveled as a family of three, my husband and I and our 8 year old daughter. We came as part of a Quebec vacation because I wanted to go whale watching.
The room was very tiny, we didn't have anywhere to put our suitcases without obstructing the room, not many locations to put clothes away. The bathroom was super tiny with a small pedestal sink so couldn't even unpack toothbrushes, there was rust on the baseboard heater in the washroom and the tap in the shower sprayed everywhere whenever we turned it on (mist.. like a leak or something at the faucet).
The beds, i swear the feet were higher than the head of the bed. My husband has a previous broken back but he has been in rehab, PT, chiro, and has been coming along, those beds set him way back. We couldn't even turn over without making a ton of noise and we could feel every bar/spring in our backs/sides.
There was absolutely no insulation whatsoever between the walls. I could hear the neighbour room pulling toilet paper in the bathroom. The people above us I could hear all day and all night. In the middle of the night they were running around, sounded like the chandelier was going to fall. We did not sleep the entire time we were there. My husband wanted to check out early and go to Montreal but I convinced him not to since I had already paid for the room and wanted to get my money worth!

The location was good. Near to a lot of restaurants and the beach. Staff were friendly and efficient. Check in and out was smooth. Room was clean.
Not a good value for money. Lack of toiletries. No kitchenette available either. Room was very small, no cabinet space available, kept tripping over luggage.

Good deal, very clean room and location convenient to everything in town. Rooms are quiet and there is off street parking. Most of the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Mini fridge in room is nice extra. And the balconies a nice plus, especially if you have a water view.

My spouse and I stayed two nights in the motel. The room was very clean and quiet. The bed was more comfortable than I expected given the low price. There was a coffee maker and mini fridge in the room. Breakfast at the restaurant was tasty.

Travelled with family to go whale watching. The hotel Has friendly staff and good location. Handy to have a full service restaurant onsite. Rooms and bedding aren’t awesome - but good enough for our one night stay.

We stayed in motel for two nights. Cute small motel to stay, Everything was acceptable, except puddle in the bathroom from leaking sink (but it was ok as it only for 2 nights and we got extra towel). Their restaurant is another story, as we didn't have good experience there.

Just got back from Tadoussac, Quebec which was incredible. A beautiful little town. The ferry over from the shore and back is free as is the hours you can spend sitting on the rocks watching the whales come in and put on a shore for all the spectators. The folks at the Tourism Office are very helpful also. Unfortunately I stayed at the Beluga which is advertised as having beautiful rooms in a quiet setting. It is almost on the highway, with trucks going by and the rooms were very uncomfortable with paper thin walls where you can hear your neighbors speaking in a normal voice. The people at reception also were quite rude. I will definately go back to Tadoussac but will stay elsewhere. It was the worse 3 star I have ever stayed at.

Hi, when we stayed in October 2016, our room had a fridge and coffee maker. The fridge was very noisy. There's a well-stocked supermarket just down the street.
