It’s obvious that the property is recovering from the pandemic. We had a very comfortable king bed. The breakfast was a miserly stale croissant, cheese stick, banana and juice box in a bag. There is a Tim Horton’s across the street for a better breakfast.

Amenities were missing, like a second bar of soap and hand lotion. We appreciated the bi-lingual staff.

The in-room air conditioner worked very well and acted as a white noise machine to block out sound from the hall.

Booked on Wyndham for 75$ a night, for 2 nights.

Checked in around 5pm. Hotel was sold out and only rooms available was second floor. Check in was quick and friendly. I needed to store my bicycle and they put it in the breakfast room, which was closed due to the pandemic.

Room had 2 smallish double beds, with new bedding, lcd TV, fridge, small bathrooms with sink outside. Bed was comfortable. Note : limited outlets around bed and work station. It is so easy to get lamps with outlets; if you have multiple phones and tablets to charge, may be challenging.

Bagged breakfast was simple and limited, carb heavy with oatmeal cookies, tetrapack of unrefrigerated juice, banana and a prepackaged petit Québec cheese piece.

Plenty of parking. No elevators.

For those of you who bike, the sidewalk on st Jean and on Jean XXIII serve as bike paths to connect to the expensive path system, but it's a bit rough due to construction.. You may want a hotel close to the downtown area for cycling.

People coming in and leaving the hotel late at night should be mindful not to be talking loud and noisy as they walk along the corridor because you can hear them from inside your room. May be a sign to indicate that can be useful. If the hotel knows in advance about guests checking in late at night then they should be assigned rooms not deep inside the corridor to minimize waking up guests who are sleeping.

One of the worst experience with hotels. We got a room with no leectricity / light in the washroom and no Internet. Service desk said they have no more rooms, and we can come for Internet to the front counter. Thet would give us $10 discount ?!?. In the morning they said everything is paid so we can go - even $10 discount we didn't get :)

We had a room with 2 double beds. Beds were very comfortable, the hotel was quiet. For breakfast there was toast, bagel, croissants, yogurt, cheese strings, banana, coffee, only orange juice, 2 types of cereal (bran flakes and honey bunches of oats)
Ice bucket is available in the dining area.

Nice enough. Clean. Comfortable bed. Poor bagged breakfast. Four bags with a total of one piece of cheese, three bananas, four drink boxes and three croissants! All other Whyndam hotels on our trip had hot breakfast.

Stayed for 3 nights in a room that is not very clean. Torn carpets, mold on shower curtains, bathroom walls and hair still on bed sheets. 2 nights trouble sleeping because co-workers going in and out of eachothers rooms and talking loudly. The last night a busload of pre-teens running in corridors, screaming and banging doors.
My stay was a nightmare

Stopped in for the night after a day of travelling. Beds were OK and the room was clean, although there was an excessive amount of Fabreze used. Even that could not hide the Marijuana smell in the bathroom. As well, Marijuana is being smoked just outside the side door. Staff? Guests? Our room had no coffee or condiments -- had to go to reception to get them. The TV is so old it is super grainy. The hotel is old, so the room had very few plug-ins.

We, a group of 8 people (four couples), stayed at this hotel from Feb 7-8 for ice-fishing. We asked for some room accommodations and were happily provided. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly and professional. Location was convenient (close to highway and shopping malls). Great service and good value. If we need to be in the area again, likely we would stay at the same hotel.

On a separate note, the website is not so user friendly. Several attempts were made to input this comment.

Good Value for a stay in trois riviere. A little far from downtown but it's ok. Only thing lacking was the breakfast. Due to covid it was close so we had lunch bad served to us. But the content was more for a child than an adult
