Perfect all the way. Super good food. The room was clean and pretty. The service of each employee was courteous and smiling. The land is magnificent with private access to Lac St-Pierre. We look forward to returning.

A hidden gem, would highly recommend staying here vs the city centre. Amazing view of the lake, you can go down stairs to the lake. Great rooms, with amazing view! Very friendly staff. The food was also fantastic, and restaurant was small but very very nice and modern. Will go back for sure !

Website indicated they had a restaurant which was open but after we arrived we found out they were unable to accommodate us. They advertised a boxed breakfast during covid but since the restaurant was open they no longer offered this and denied us access to all food including breakfast and dinner. They should not accept reservations if they cannot meet the needs of their guests and they should certainly not advertise food on site. Staff were unhelpful and did not notify us that meals were unavailable. Some guests were fed while others were denied with no warning which is completely unacceptable. Decor was tired looking . Lights were burnt out and walkways and laneways poorly maintained.

We highly recommend this hotel ! The location is amazing! Room was cozy! Loved the table for room service! Food was good but because of restaurant closure, food wasn’t hot by the time it reached our room which is inevitable 😉! Staff was extremely accommodating!!! Merci et à bientôt car nous reviendrons bientôt !!!!

Spectacular view on the lake The hotel is in a very calm location, one hears just the wind blowing. We loved the rooms, very spacious and clean. We loved very much the jacuzzi outside (covered however!). The staff is very helpful. On the negative side, the rain shower had a very small debit and setting the right temperature was not easy, the thermostat reacts too slowly. We found the mattresses much too soft. More surprisingly, a trolley with rests of food remained one day in the corridor even after we highlighted this to the receptionist. Not hygienic and pleasant to see old food abandoned for so long. The sauna is very small and not so cosy, only sitting position is comfortable. There is no lift so those with heavy luggage better call on male staff at the reception. If only a young lady is present, one may have a problem. For guests with reduced mobility, rooms at the ground floor are perfectly accessible. Overall, a nice and calm place.

We spent one night at the Auberge du Lac Saint-Pierre at the beginning of a week-long drive along the Saint Lawrence. The hotel is perched up on the high banks with a beautiful view of the river. We arrived early enough enjoy a visit to Trois Rivieres and to have a drink on the terrace before dinner. We ate dinner in the dining room but later wished we had stayed on the terrace for a more casual meal with the beautiful view. I started my meal with fois gras, which was served with a blueberry compote and popcorn, which we both found pretty bizarre. Husband had a tuna appetizer which was lovely to look at and delicious. My main dish was salmon crusted with cashews and husband had pork. Overall it was a pleasant stay and the room was comfortable.

We stopped here for one night on route from Quebec to Montreal. What a little gem. We only booked a couple of hours before arriving having found it on the Internet. Having been on a cruise for two weeks I was desperate for a bath but the room upgrade was a bit pricey just to sate my desire for a bath. So the staff member suggested we use the jacuzzi which was perfectly situated overlooking the river. It was heaven at 10 o’clock at night! The room was spacious and comfy. Breakfast was great and the friendly staff were very helpful. I’m so pleased we stayed here.

This was our second stay. Not much has changed: rooms are roomy and modern. Very comfortable. Front desk experience is good. Wished they had an elevator! The building needs maintenance judging by scorched siding, broken water spouts but the dining room does not disappoint except for price. It is on the high side.

Our experience with this hotel started the morning before our arrival. We requested an early check in on the booking site which we got a response saying "yes". The n we called the morning before our arrival to book a table in the main restaurant and nobody answered the phone and left a message which wasn't returned. We didn't think too much about it as they had a children's menu and the site said they would serve on the terrace. We showed up the next day to be told our room wasn't ready so we had to wait 2 hours with our 18 month old and 4 year old. Wasnt that had as we were able to use the pool while we waited. We tried to get a table in the only dining room a were told the restaurant was full and that we could eat on the terrace. Odd that this hotel cannot accommodate all their guests (even after calling and trying to reserve a spot). We still didn't complain and agreed the terrace would be fine. We when got out on the terrace for dinner we were told we could not have the children's menu cause we were on the terrace. Ok no problem. We then asked if we could have room service so our children could have the pasta on then kids menu and we were told no. We had no choice but to leave the hotel and find somewhere who would accommodate to our children. To be clear about the menu selection I attached what the staff suggested I feed my children. I'm sure if you have had a 4 year old and 2 year old you'd agree most  children would not eat any of this. at least my kids wouldn't. Maybe the soup? Probably not. All we wanted was to have dinner as a family at the hotel as we are paying guests. We are extremely disappointed and would never recommend this hotel to families as we were treated like our children's needs did not matter and your staff would rather us leave than to help our family out. We also paid for milk, beer and sparkling water while waiting for us to be served and had to pour everything as we had to leave. Our children were pretty upset at this point cause they were so hungry. I hope you change policy as your restaurant cannot accommodate all your guests which leaves people like us no choices for children and an a la carta menu that no child would eat. It is also extremely odd that a hotel would not want to make money. They lost over $250 in sales because we were sitting on the other side of a wall. Literally right beside the dining room. I'd give 1 star but their waiter who served us breakfast was so nice. Breath of fresh air after the awful service from the night before. I will never return.

I booked this hotel because it has a pool, hot tub and a nice view. These features were all as promised although the beach is littered with broken bottles and washed up tires. The hotel is very dated and has a bit of an abandoned vibe...like no one is really in charge. The onsite restaurant is horrible. My hubby ordered "vegetable soup." A bowl with blended green mush arrived. It tasted like root vegetables that had been blended together without seasoning--like bad baby food. It looked and tasted so horrible that we both burst out laughing and pushed the bowl out of sight. The service on the patio was also almost non-existent. I got a sense that grandparents like to stay here because maybe it was once fancy. Location is a haul from Trois Rivieres proper. We drove 20 minutes just to get something to eat for dinner.
