Despite what looks like a somewhat recent renovation to the rooms the room was very cold and had a damp atmosphere. Carpet felt wet as well. Chilled all night even though it was the middle of June. Otherwise it was clean and the Silo bar attached was a good time.

Happened upon this clean, inexpensive hotel. This is a clean well kept hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. A hot restaurant breakfast is provided. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

The concierge was happy to give us a room with a window looking out so we could keep an eye on our truck and trailer. Room was nice and clean, bathrooms were very clean. Bed was really comfy. Heritage inn was a comforting relief after 15 hours of driving!

The place is a dump. They’ve put lipstick on the pig with regards to their common areas, but don’t let that fool you: the organization running the hotel is rotten to the core. There is no hot water, only luke warm water, the internet connectivity of their wifi is intermittent at best. The room they put me in was 25 degrees centigrade, and when I complained to the front desk, I was told there was no local control of room temperature, and that I was S.O.L. The pop machines are all sold out, the ice machines are out of order, and the hot tub was out of order.

More egregiously, they have good ratings number, which tells me that they are paying services to boost their ratings, as I can find detailed reviews dating back to 2012 that show the lack of care by owners and managers.

The “complimentary” breakfast is garbage with zero selection. The cooks in the kitchen are loud cackling hens who can’t even poach an egg properly! Most places have a buffet selection with fruit and yogurts. This was a pathetic choice of pancakes waffles or bacon and eggs. That was it.

Don’t waste your money here.

The photos make this place look modern and inviting, not the same as when I arrived. The parking lot was empty and im sure it was busier before Covid, but i only saw one other family there. We were still put on the second floor and loaded up the cart to find the elevator. There was no elevator. The halls were dark and really just felt creepy. They also were hot and humid, maybe because the hotel was empty they turned off the air conditioning? The room itself was alright, just dated. However, when we went to go to sleep, I found stains on 2 of the pillowcases. The next morning when I went to shower, I discovered that there wasn't a shower curtain!!!! When I told the staff upon leaving, he was apologetic. However, I would not stay here again

Stayed all week as my son was taking a course at the hotel. Last morning there I went down to have breakfast and my toast was burnt and found a hair in my eggs .When I asked for another breakfast I was verbally attacked by the cook Pat in front of other guests ,which was so unprofessional. I was in disbelief that this happened and went to front desk to explain everything to desk agent Crystal who has been friendly courteous and now compassionate all week. (Best part to our stay honestly)
Pat even came at me verbally again at the front desk. At that moment I was uncomfortable as I was unsure of what was going to happen next.
Heard from witnesses that Pat was talking and swearing about me in the restaurant in front of the public.
Maybe a course in customer service and how to deal with guest complaints would be appropriate as this behavior is unacceptable and borderline harassment.
Or even loss of job.

We recently stayed at the Heritage Inn- Moose Jaw, I was pleasantly pleased with the level of service, the cleanliness of the hotel and most of all the way our family was treated. Not only did they assist with luggage from the car, but right to our room, they took notice we had young children and supplied us with a microwave AND POPCORN TO GO WITH IT. The management was working hard in the Cafe when we were dining, making sure all was good. Hats off to Darlene Geib and the Heritage Inn. We will tell all of our friends and family. Keep up the good work.

We spent the weekend in Moose Jaw for Provincial Volleyball. When we went to check in to the hotel at 5:00 are room was not ready yet. I have never been to a hotel that we have not been able to ckeck in at that time. Once we got checked in things were going fine until 3:00 am when lots of people from a wedding dance decided to party in the hallways. This went on for a couple of hours. The police were called in but nothing seemed to work. In a town that public places are supposed to be smoke free the hallway was covered in cigarrette butts and beer bottles in the morning. That was just not acceptable. We had a volleyball team that had to play an early game in the morning and not many of them had a very good sleep. So far the hotel has not compensated us in any way. They phoned to say the talked to the bride and groom's parents and they apologize for what happened. The way I look at it that does not make up what we had to put up with that night.

The rooms here were not at all representative of the Heritage Inn website. Not even close. Front desk staff were nice enough. Room was mostly clean, but hallways and back entranceway were dirty. Hardly a modern room. Tiny TV - maybe 15", but they did have cable. Drippy faucet. Shower water was hot. Very (!) loud air fan, no heat. Bed was ok. One room wall faced the swimming pool, and the light was on all night. With poor curtains, it was very bright in the room. Didn't use the pool, as it didn't look clean. The hot tub looked gross. There was a cold draft coming in from the window. Breakfast at co-located restaurant was good. We were in town for a week, but checked out the next morning and went to a different hotel, which proved to be much better.

Can anyone tell me the proximity of this hotel to Mosaic Place? Is it walking distance? Thanks :)

About 15 blocks or 2.9km. Heritage Inn is on the north end of Moose Jaw and Mosaic is downtown. It would be a 5-10 minute drive but at least a half hour walk depending how fast you walk.
